I chose Precision, from ads I saw on the internet. Although I didn't purchase my door from Precision, I didn't want to use the original company to repair what they installed initially. It was a horror show from the beginning! I was fed up with their tardiness and lack of professionalism and excuses. Anyway, I called Precision and made an appointment. They got back to me in less than an a half hour and scheduled me for later that day, then called me back to let me know they would be here in 25 minutes. Dave the mechanic showed up on time, reviewed my problem, gave me an estimate and proceeded to fix the problem! Although fixed, he suggested some additional work that would prevent the problem from reoccurring. Dave was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! I would have him back anytime, in fact, I insist he be my personal "garage door Mechanic!"

David, our technician, was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon his arrival he politely introduced himself, quickly assessed what needed to be accomplished and explained the options available to us. His meticulous work was neat, clean and quick. He also went above and beyond by oiling up parts that needed to operate smoothly going forward. In addition, we appreciated the continual update communications from the company as well as the text with both a picture of David and a brief bio about his work experiences. We both highly recommend Precision and David without reservations. Thank you!

Very professional operation from the making an appointment and being kept advised of timing and name of the representative who would be coming to our home, to the very informative technician who discussed alternatives to fixing our issue, to his completion of the repair including full discussion and instruction of new equipment. A totally satisfying experience from start to finish!

We were able to get a quick service appointment from Precision. David Gomez, the service technician, arrived early and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was great, explained everything well and made sure we were satisfied with the work that was done. David also provided info about future maintenance that might be needed. He exceeded our expectations. We have been very satisfied with Precision from installation and service and would definitely recommend.

5 stars! David Gomez is a pro! He arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue with my garage door. He gave me options for how to proceed. I ended up replacing my garage door opener. He worked efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure the unit was installed properly. I have already recommended him to family.

David called when he was 30 min out as promised. I used a Value Pak coupon for the $79.95 tune-up special. David lubricated the tracks and adjusted the closing of the door. He also inspected the motor. Highly recommend! Very personable and informative!

We had a new garage door installed some 8 years ago and it has preformed well , but recently one of the cables that attach to the handle/lock wore out and became detached. Taking advantage of a free service call email that I received, I made an appointment to get it fixed. The technician was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. I was quite taken back by the cost of the repair….over $300 To replace the cable and make a slight adjustment to the tension on one side…. The repair took less than an hour. Overall I was happy with the service but not with the cost

We were very pleased with the work of David Gomez. Our garage door would come down 2 feet and then reverse itself, leaving the entire contents of our garage exposed. David efficiently replaced numerous parts and by the time he left, the door was opening and closing properly. We highly recommend Precision and the technician David Gomez.
