Israel is very polite and efficient. He himself change both side of the reel, cable and accessories for my garage door within one hour. Very impressive young man. Also the company’s 10 year warranty parts 5 year labor policy is a surprised gift for me. When I called for service and was very glad to know my garage door is still under warranty. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

We were very pleased with the technician Israel. Cost was more than we expected but we felt confident that all recommended parts were needed. I trust that should anything go wrong your company will stand by your work. Again Israel was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working as it should. I would rate precision as five star. I may need new rubber on bottoms of doors but did not want to add to cost at this time.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Precision. The office notified us that the technician was running a little late because of an unforeseen complication at a previous job. The technician called us from the road when he was on his way. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He listened patiently to our questions and answered in a thorough manner. He explained what the problem was very clearly and presented us with options on how to fix the problem.

Very friendly, easy to work with, explained it all, and didn’t mind me watching and learning ( I usually am a do it yourself guy). Would recommend to others. Wore mask even tho vaccinated, which is great policy.

Precision’s employee, Israel, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained all the options to fix the garage door but did not exert undue pressure to convince us to do more than necessary. He was quick and efficient. All in all, a pleasant experience.

I called one day and the next day they were at my house ready to fix the problem. My technician Israel was so polite and professional. He finished replacing my broken spring and adjusted the travel limits on the electric garage door opener in less than 30 minutes. Israel took his job seriously and I could tell he enjoyed his work. Very satisfied with your prompt service and your technicians, Israel and Jacob. They were tremendous. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, instructive, professional and experts at removing our old system and installing this new one. They replaced everything. I could praise them all day but i think you realize our appreciation with what I have said. Five stars all the way. Lived here 40 yrs. and have had a number of garage door companies but none as good as you. Glad i found you.

Israel H. was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything he did. When he left, my garage door was in much better condition. The extension springs and cables were replaced, and the springs were hung so they do not rattle against the track. Much quieter. Thank you!

I searched for garage door repair companies on the internet. After comparing them, I felt that "Precision" would be my best choice. Israel did a great job of replacing the hardware on my garage door. It now works better than ever. He explained what he was going to do and, why. Then, he told me what the cost would be. As far as I am concerned, "Precision" is the go to company for anything relating to garage door work.
