I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service after seeing. their ad in a circular. It indicated #1 garage door service on Long Island. I wanted to see why. I also liked that they offered 24/7 availability and that i would be speaking with a live person. After making the initial call, i was able to make an appointment for the next day. The day of the service call I received text confirmation and also a picture and short bio on the technician coming. Israel Hixson was courteous and professional. we walked througjht the process of the repair and I ended up purchasing a new garage door. The whole process went quite smoothly.Precision met my expectations and then some. Detailed and thorough service with a smile. Now I am just waiting for my new door to be installed once the ordering process has been completed.
