Hello, my name is John-Aaron. I was born and raised in North Carolina and moved to Long Island NY when I was 14. I am a Wantagh high school graduate. Currently I'm completing my bachelor's degree at Farmingdale State College. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, producing music, and snowboarding/skateboarding. John and Rob swung by to give me an estimate to replace doors and openers. Very professional, as they looked at my set up now to see if repair was warranted on old doors. Pointing out issues that I wasn’t even aware of which led me to setting up ordering and purchasing both doors and openers for replacement. Next step is install when doors are in after measurements were taken.

Although the cost of service seemed expensive, we felt their responsiveness and professionalism and material use was justified; especially for a Sunday dispatch (within 24 hours of our initial contact.)

I had a new garage door opener installed today by John-Aaron and Jesse. Great experience. They communicated with us prior to arrival, were prompt and our options were explained clearly. Work was done quickly and they were very neat. Operation of unit was reviewed and explained in detail following the installation. Jesse’s explanation regarding the issue with the original door opener made perfect sense, which is why I realized we needed a new system. I called Precision Garage Doors at 10:26 AM to set up an appointment for an estimate and/or repair of my garage door. By 1:15 PM, the same day, John and Jessie were in my driveway. Two very polite, professional, and knowledgeable "technicians". They listened to and saw what I needed. More than one estimate was worked up and I had several options. They pointed me in the direction of what was most beneficial and economical to my needs. I would not hesitate calling Precision for repair or installation in the future.

I was impressed on many levels - first upon my swift appointment date. Then when I got the conformation email, I could not believe that all the photos of the service men were right there so I could see who was actually coming.
