Your technician analyzed the various needs of my garage door and informed us of the necessary parts that we should have him install in order to make the door function more smoothly. When I called Precision with my problem at 8:50 AM, a real person answered the telephone. They said they would send a repairman within 4 hours. 10 minutes later I received a phone call from John, he told me he would be there in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later her arrived. He evaluated my garage door system and explained in very easy terms what was required to have the garage door repaired so that it would work properly and safely. John was extremely courteous and respectful of my property. I would not hesitate to have him come back for any other repairs. He was great. He was the utmost professional.
