I received a 50 % discount on the service call since work was done. The job was done in a very professional manner. However the sales tax charged was on the full price of the service call rather than the discount price. There was no response to my email message and a telephone call requesting an explanation.

Was very happy with the repair of my garage door. I was able to get a same day appointment, which was really nice. Francisco, the technician who came for the repair, was excellent. He was very professional and very nice. He explained exactly what the problem was, how he would fix it, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. I called Precision from an ad in the local delivered papers, and although it wasn't urgent and pressing, the garage door was getting louder and seemed to be struggling. Also, after a power outage, all remote sources were out except one. No matter what we tried on both garage doors, only one remote code worked one door. Precision set up an appointment, followed up with text and email when the technician was on the way and he even called as he neared the house to confirm. Very very efficient. Danny was the technician, he analyzed the major source of the noise as the rollers and replaced them, then went on the reprogram both doors to the cars and the wall mounted remote. Again, very very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed and very happy with the service.
