It is rare to find such a professional as Precision Door. As soon as I contacted them, they immediately responded with an appointment for the very next day and an explanation of the pricing. I then received a detailed confirmation of my appointment. The next morning I received another email from Precision stating that my service person was on his way. The notice contained his picture, his name and a biography. Shortly following that email I received a call from Joe Leonard, the person who would be repairing my garage door. He was professional and very courteous as he gave me his expected time of arrival. Joe called me again after he arrived at my home and thoroughly inspected my garage doors. While on the phone he provided me with four repair scenarios and a variety of prices. Less that an hour later I spoke with Joe again and he informed me that he literally rebuilt my entire door and it’s working better than it had in years. I can’t say enough about Precision and especially Joe. Last night I had a problem with a broken garage door. By 11am this morning the problem is solved backed by a ten year warranty.

Your technician, Robert Weber provided excellent service. He was able to fix the problem I called about, a broken bearing, and also found an issue with our cables. In addition, the door was quite noisy opening and closing. He adjusted the tracks and it is now considerably quieter. I give Robert 5 stars for good, friendly customer service and technical ability.

we used precision in the past, always love their service. I would normally give a 5 star rating. my only issue is there were like five different estimates received and nothing explaining the differences in the email, that part could be better explained on the email so customers that don't understand the differences can better see with an explanation, otherwise, everything was outstanding. just went out for estimate but need to speak to someone so we can choose the right option and need to understand what each option offers. its a bit confusing
