Although the work performed was under warranty, Tim went out of his way to insure the repair was complete and that I should not encounter further problems. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. I have used Precision in the past and have always been pleased. Highly recommend.

Greg and Andre just left after installing two new garage doors at my home. My husband and I couldn’t be happier Greg and Andre did a fabulous job. I know it wasn’t easy as it’s an older detached garage but we love our new doors! Super quiet and nice looking too! Greg and Andre went above and beyond a super professional job very friendly courteous they called to let us know when they would arrive cleaned everything up and helped me program the keypads. Greg and Andre did a wonderful job you should be very proud to have them working for you and representing your company I would recommend precision garage door to anyone. Danny Salas was on time, incredibly professional, and was thorough in his assessment of my problem. He provided me with two options to fix my garage door and did not push one option over the other. Tim looked into the problem, but the problem did not reoccur. The problem was an error message that said excessive opening force detected, error code 4-2 (couldn't find error codes in the Owner's Manual). Thus, Tim couldn't adjust anything due to not knowing what caused the problem. It hasn't reoccurred since Tim was here.

I called Saturday morning and that afternoon Joe came and looked over my garage door opener. He gave me a fair price and wanted to install it that day but I had evening plans. So we easily scheduled another day and Joe was there on time and did a great job. I definitely recommend Precision and of course Joe who was courteous, knowledgeable, and, competent.

The men who came to my house were very nice, competent and did the job great. Thought the price for the service and I guess especially the parts were high. They performed the entire job is less than one hour and the cost was over 900 bucks.

Full inspection of everything, safety cables, etc. To write that I am completely satisfied does not really describe my gratitude. Not only was Tim gracious, polite and friendly, but you can tell he knows EXACTLY what he is doing with complete confidence. Answered all my questions affably and clearly. Now that I know everything was done correctly, carefully inspected, and backed by his knowledge and experience, it has completely removed all worries regarding my garage door. Removal of that worry is PRICELESS. Tim, I really can't thank you enough.

We were lucky enough to call about getting a garage door opener installed and they came to our home within hours. Mike P and John were able to explain our options in detail. They were then able to complete the installation right then and there. They were very professional and friendly. When the installation was complete they walked us through all of the parts and how it works, including how to properly download the app to be able to work it from our phones.

I really enjoyed the simplicity of your business model. I called at 8am. I had two guys at my house by 1pm. The guys quoted the prices, made sure I understood everything, and got the work done right away in an efficient/professional manner. I want to say the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I feel like I may have been upsold slightly and paid a bit more than I should have but then again, with no knowledge of the industry or prices, I could be wrong. The technician who arrived to repair our broken garage door spring was David. He arrived on time, called to let me know he was on the way, and was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was extremely helpful, and took the time to answer my questions. I was happy that I was able to schedule a repair online after hours for the next day, and someone called to confirm the appointment the next morning. The truck was even immaculate and appeared to be fully stocked with parts. Overall, I would definitely recommend this service.
