Technician Tom Jenkofsky arrived at the appointment time. He did a through inspection on the condition of the door and support items. I elected to proceed with the repair to a broken door handle. Tom was very efficient and knowledgeable. The handle was replaced and he did some minor adjustments and lubrication to other door parts.
