Both service pros were very professional and thorough. They went through every detail and showed me what needed to be repaired and what was still in proper working order. Both made recommendations for long term service of the unit that would minimize repairs in the future.

5 STARS! The Precision team is outstanding. From Brandon, who came out and met with me and showed me the options for new garage doors, to Greg and his team who came to install them. I can't say enough good things about the courtesy and professionalism by everyone. Especially Greg and his team who installed everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision if you are looking for new doors or service on your existing doors.

The overall process was extremely easy and hassle free. I'm a very busy guy and did not have time to constantly check up on the status and progress. I made an appointment and the manager called to discuss all the options and scheduled an inspection. Once all was set and done, within 4 days my doors were installed. The installation was professional, clean and perfect. Very happy with the turnout and product quality.
