The service and tech ( Jessie) were excellent great follow through and communication. Jessie gave me 3 price options and I was stunned!!! I took the middle which was what I thought way over the top. I priced springs and cable and the price I paid was way way over the top. Happy with service but I feel like I was ripped off.

I put a new garage door in and a new opener in at the same time by Precision. They were excellent then in l2016 when I had it all done. Their technicians are fabulous and know just how to get everything set properly. I have had them here two times since then to fix issues that I thought were needed, AND again the technicians were fabulous and knew just what to do to correct things just right. No more issues at all!!! So very happy with this company and would recommend to anyone who is in need of a new door and/or an opener.

I called Precision to fix garage door. my car was unable to get out. they responded within two hours.opened door to get car out , and replaced spring and fixed cable that was under warranty. I payed for labor only. Thanks Precision. You did good.

We had a problem with our garage door outside key pad. Coincidentally, a Ballpark packet arrived which included a coupon for Precision. After some internet searches, my husband called for an appointment. Customer service gave appt for the next day. Day of, technician called to see if he could arrive early, great. Upon arrival, Danny listened in earnest to what I thought was the troubles. He worked up an estimate and explained that is this was not the solution, he would have to give additional quote for whole new door opener. Danny was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Price was reasonable, so he got to work. Luckily, the original fix/quote worked! I would recommend and use them again.

An entirely positive experience. Couldn't have been better. Setting up the work with Precision was clear and easy. Jeff R and his colleague Mike notified me as promised the morning they were due, came exactly when they said they would, were courteous, nice guys to deal with. They got right to work. Next thing I knew, the sturdy attractive new door was installed, aligned perfectly, operating perfectly. I know this sounds "too enthusiastic" or foolish, but it's not. When I think of all my experiences with service people (I'm 72), it's still pretty rare when everything goes without a hitch or a disappointment. You folks deserve the name Precision. Thanks for the good work.

Called the company I usually use, and there was no answer. Looked up alternatives, and Precision had good reviews. A live person answered the phone, and they dispatched a technician right away. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and worked with me.
