From the moment I called Precision Garage Door, they were friendly, courteous and efficient. I made an appointment for the next day and a confirmation was sent to my email immediately. The technician (Isaac) called to say that he was on his way. He arrived right on time. He checked out my garage door and the lift unit that was inoperative. He then gave me several options as to what could be done without being "pushy". He installed a new unit, added the extra entrance buttons that I requested and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was a very pleasant person to deal with in every way. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone and anyone who need their garage door serviced or replaced.

David called when he was 30 min out as promised. I used a Value Pak coupon for the $79.95 tune-up special. David lubricated the tracks and adjusted the closing of the door. He also inspected the motor. Highly recommend! Very personable and informative!

We had a new garage door installed some 8 years ago and it has preformed well , but recently one of the cables that attach to the handle/lock wore out and became detached. Taking advantage of a free service call email that I received, I made an appointment to get it fixed. The technician was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. I was quite taken back by the cost of the repair….over $300 To replace the cable and make a slight adjustment to the tension on one side…. The repair took less than an hour. Overall I was happy with the service but not with the cost

i found your business while checking out garage door repairs and found your business online. reviews looked good. you sent me Lewis Rodriguez to do the repair and i can not say enough about him. He showed me the options and we did the best one. He had everything he needed on the truck and did a outstanding job. Very friendly and answered all my questions. went from extension springs to torsion springs. He replaced all the old rollers and the door works better than it ever did. Would recommend your company. As expected Danny Was on time and ready to rock and roll. But there was nothing to fix because the issue turned out to be user error. Our boiler guy manually unlocked the door and it would not able to close mechanically.
