I will say this work was a tad expensive, but the whole process was professionally done. I felt comfortable from the start because the lady who took my call told me that the guy would show up in the company van and in uniform. Also, there was plenty of communication via text and email who would be arriving at my home. Danny was kind and personable.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service experience. I called on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. with a broken garage door and two cars trapped inside. The customer service representative confirmed an 8-10 a.m. appointment for the next morning which happened to be a Saturday. The service professional showed up at 8:25 a.m. and by 9:45 a.m. everything was working perfectly . Pricing was excellent and the service response time was absolutely incredible. These guys are the 911 of garage door repairs. The service professional that came to my house was a young man named Isaac who was absolutely fantastic. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. They are amazing.

The entire process from the initial scheduling of the review of options at our home, narrowing down our selection, placing the order, receiving recurring status updates, scheduling the installation and completing the job was excellent. Not satisfied at all I was over charged for work I didn’t need done because I wasn’t home to question it. Not only didn’t I need the work I found out the parts I was charged hundreds of dollars for can be bought for less than $50. I will neve use or recommend this company again. Preparing to file complaint with the better business bureau. Shameful.

Couldn't be happier! Today, May 25th, Mike C showed up alone to remove the old door, and install the new one along with all brand new hardware. He was in an out within 2 hours 10 minutes! OK 5 mins of that at the end was us talking about music, and cleaning up. He was nice, professional, a good kid, and has a great taste in music.
