Everything was very professional and friendly from the first phone call. The service man, Israel, called :45 prior to his arrival. My Precision garage doors were installed by Precision about 2 years ago. They worked flawlessly until a few days ago. An intermittent beeping was audible, then ceased. Neither door was able to be opened using the electronic controls. Andrew came, and solved the problems quickly. For one door, I hadn't re-enabled the manual handle after opening it manually. The other door didn't work because the electrical house socket was intermittent, and ran down the battery. I'll need an electrician to install a different socket. Andrew was very helpful, professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Precision in the future if service is needed.
