We are VERY satisfied with the service we received from Precision door! Our spring broke on out garage door and we were unable to get it open. A service man was sent to us the very next day and fixed the springs for us! Very nice and efficient! Would 100% recommend!!

Precision is true to their name! Fast, responsive and “precise” Got a next day appointment with confirmations, and a call from the Tech on the way… who was ON TIME! Excellent website with pre-screen prep for tech and what to expect at job. Issac was the tech, he was polite, efficient and thorough. His assessment was clear and his work impeccable. While the call was an initial repair, we decided to install a new unit, amazingly, no hoops to jump through and Issac efficiently replaced the unit. He cleaned up and eagerly explained the new unit and setup. Start to finish, excellent experience. So impressed with Issac, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional...rare these days!

Precision was the second company I called as my garage door was not working. The first company never showed up. I made the appointment they communicated right upto the serviceman. The serviceman, Danny Salas, called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was confident and knew right away what needed to be completed. He went to work and within 45 minutes everything was working. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Moving forward Danny will be the only person I would call to help me with the door. I will definitely recommend Precision. Ask for Danny Salas he is an expert!

On Nov 11 I called Precision at the Riverhead office because I had a broken cable on one of my garage doors. The person that returned my call was very courteous and booked an appointment for the same day for 2PM. The repair person named Andrew called me and said he was working in the area and could be at my home in about 10 minutes which was about 11AM. Andrew did a complete review of the door system, took pictures and then gave me three choices as to how I would like to proceed with the repair. Andrew completed the repair with an hours time and the door runs smoothly now

If any one checks with BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE PRECISION. EVERYONE IS COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL. FROM SETTING APPOINTMENTS - THEY REMIND YOU. AND ON THE ACTUAL DAY, THEY LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY ARE ON THE WAY. OUR TECHNICIAN WAS ISAAC. HE WAS SO PATIENT, ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. I called Precision on a Thursday and spoke with a wonderful customer service representative who walked me through the process of a service call, explaining everything I needed to know. Friday morning I was contacted by Israel who came, diagnosed my issue and within a few hours , a new system was installed . I can’t say enough positive things about Israel and Dan, and this company - from start to finish it was a flawless transaction.

From the moment I made the appointment, to the time the installation was done, the whole experience was remarkable. Not many companies keep the customer in position one but Precision was does and they are excellent. Their communication was clear and concise and I was shocked to see that within minutes of confirming my appointment, I received text message with a picture of my technician, Isaac, which included a bio, and a time when he was arriving. They also text to say, Isaac was on the way and scaled the time down to a precise arrival which was within the window as expected. Once here, Isaac was a true professional and excellent at explaining the process, products and even helping me understand why I should/could use new rollers but didn’t have to, the choice was mine and I decided to considering I purchased a new Liftmaster belt driven system (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) Honesty and integrity are second to none with these folks and their craftsmanship is top notch. Everything was done quickly and every item was explained after installation. He even walked me through the setup on my phone! Again, second to none customer first service- this is what is lacking in the service industry today and Precision nailed it! Thank you Isaac and the Precision team! Will recommend to anyone that is looking for anything garage door related!!!
