I had my garage door opener replaced by your technician Danny Salas. He diagnosed the problem w/ my existing unit and explained the issue. He provided me w/ my options and installed the new unit. Yesterday I had a tech come to check why our motorized garage door opener wasn't working properly. I had 2 springs, pulleys and cables replaced at 1/2 hour of work for $1000+. My spouse came home and said he used the same company in 2019 and paid $1200 for a whole new system installation at his office. I emailed for further explanation regarding the excessive pricing. They responded that they would call by the days end but no one did.

Danny installed a new garage door opener. The old one was about 23 years old. He was a wonderful person to work with. He was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He was patient in making sure I knew how to operate everything. He programmed my car & keypad. In so doing, he made sure I knew how to do it. Even made me practice. Fabulous Tech. I love the new garage door opener. What a pleasure. It’s so quiet & the LED light really makes the garage brighter. I can now see things easier.
