There was a coupon in the value pack advertising your business. I called and made a appointment for the same day. Louis called before he came and reviewed what was wrong with the garage door and explained to me what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. I agreed and he repaired the garage door and showed me how to lubricate certain parts of the door. He was professional and he clean up after he finished the job. I would use your company again.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service are Excellent and I highly recommend using them! I was having problems with my garage door (wasn't staying closed) on a Saturday and after hours of trying to fix it myself I decided to call in the experts and I was able to make an appointment with Precision for Sunday morning! The level of communication, texts and emails, from the time I made the appointment until the time my technician arrived was amazing. A special shout out to my fabulous technician, ANDREW DEPALMA, who not only fixed my problem but also suggested a few things to ensure that my garage door functions properly for years to come. Andrew was a true professional , extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around! I was very pleased with his work and my overall experience with Precision. Thank you again! Ling Tan

From an easy appointment to same day service to periodic text messages to let me know when the technician would arrive to a professional, pleasant, smart technician (George) and a repaired garage door (!), this company checked every box perfectly. I would like to see my experience with precision garage door company went exceptionally well. I received a quick response from my initial call. I was able to book an appointment quicklly. My service tech Isaac Rodriguez was very professional and first inspected my old unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of my available choices for a repair or complete replacement. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured in anyway. He gave ample time to think about what I would like to do according to what I would like to spend. my unit was over 11 years old and I had not been service in a while. I decided to go with complete replacement, and I am completely satisfied even better. The job was able to be done the day of my appointment. I would highly recommend your company to friends and family.

I was recently having repeated problems with my garage door opener and needed to rectify the situation. I tried all the recommended checking points but couldn’t find the source of the problem. I saw your company was highly rated and now I know why. The serviceman Dan came during the scheduled time and he advised replacing the old unit with a new one. I had an important appointment later that day and he said he would be completed within an hour. He not only completed the installation, reprogrammed all devises, left my garage in a clean condition, but worked with a professional and friendly attitude!

We saw the advertisement of Precision in a magazine. It was a local firm near us and it was BBB rated. We called and ask for service on our garage door and it was a quick response that they will come the next day. They looked at the garage door and told us we need new springs and rollers and a new lock. We accepted the offer and service was done right there. Service was quick and Lewis was very professional and friendly.

Precision Garage Doors originally installed my garage door and opener several years ago. They did a great job then. This was only the only second time I needed service since then and they did an exceptional job. The appt was arranged quickly and the tech arrived at the noted time. The tech was Isaac Rodriguez who explained what the issue was and what he needed to do to resolve it and approx how long it would take. He finished the repair sooner than expected. He also noticed another small issue and repaired it as well. I would recommend Precision Door highly.
