Our technicians were extremely polite, knowledgeable and proficient… on top of that they were very patient in answering any questions that were addressed They did a wonderful, clean, organized job on the garage door installation . We are very happy with PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SERVICE and would recommend them without hesitation Our initial consultation was with Robert Weber ( helpful, informative, knowledgeable) who was the first representative who helped resolve our problems.

0utstanding! Excellent! Exceptional! Superb! As you can tell I am very happy with the work that Shane and Mike did on October 20, 2021. They completed the work in one day … installing two garage doors, all of the hardware, and the two garage door openers. There was nothing that I needed to clean up at the end of the job. What was very helpful for me was they made sure that the system was properly programed. They made sure that I was able to use all of the electronic features of the door openers, which included the MyQ app. To Shane and Mike - Thanks!

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service after seeing. their ad in a circular. It indicated #1 garage door service on Long Island. I wanted to see why. I also liked that they offered 24/7 availability and that i would be speaking with a live person. After making the initial call, i was able to make an appointment for the next day. The day of the service call I received text confirmation and also a picture and short bio on the technician coming. Israel Hixson was courteous and professional. we walked througjht the process of the repair and I ended up purchasing a new garage door. The whole process went quite smoothly.Precision met my expectations and then some. Detailed and thorough service with a smile. Now I am just waiting for my new door to be installed once the ordering process has been completed.

My spring and cable broke on my automatic garage door late on a Saturday. I called Precision and they scheduled me for the next morning(Sunday) between 10am - 2pm. I got a text and email alerts acknowledging the appointment. Sunday I got a text a 930 am that he was on the way with tracking that I could see where he was. Robert arrived right at 10am. I explained what happened and he inspected my whole door system and came up with a few options. He took pictures of all the damaged parts and explained what happened and what caused it. Some of the parts were undersized making it strain more than usual causing it to prematurely wear out. Plus It was 15 years old and had reached its life expectancy. He inspected my motor also and said it was good and was a relatively newer model which was replaced by the previous owner 5-6 years ago. I opted for replacing both side springs, cables, pulleys. Basically all the working mechanisms to both tracks that allow the door (2 car garage door, heavy) to operate. The price was fair. Robert was top notch. Polite, professional, knowledgeable. I agreed to the job which he said would take about an hour. He finished in the amount of time he said he would. They sent me a quote electronically which I signed off on and everything about this whole experience was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Robert the technician who did the job.

Israel is very polite and efficient. He himself change both side of the reel, cable and accessories for my garage door within one hour. Very impressive young man. Also the company’s 10 year warranty parts 5 year labor policy is a surprised gift for me. When I called for service and was very glad to know my garage door is still under warranty. Danny and his coworker were outstanding. I've had so many issues that every few months something would break on my garage door. Danny assessed the entire door, hardware and all, and replaced everything worn as well as replacing my screw drive opener witha belt driven opener. Now the door is perfectly working and is whisper quiet. I never knew it could be so quiet. Highly highly recomend Precision.

We were very pleased with the technician Israel. Cost was more than we expected but we felt confident that all recommended parts were needed. I trust that should anything go wrong your company will stand by your work. Again Israel was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working as it should. I would rate precision as five star. I may need new rubber on bottoms of doors but did not want to add to cost at this time.
