I had trouble opening and closing my garage door with the automatic opener. Isaac arrived on time, explained the problems and the needed repair. When he was done, he showed me the repairs and tested the door many times. He was professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Precision and Isaac to anyone needing a garage door repair.

Jeff did a Great Job in replacing my old garage door with new one. Connected my old Opener to new Door and works perfectly. He also installed Emergency Key Disconnect which I didn't previously have & it works great. Jeff came within the scheduled appointment time & finished entire job within the scheduled time frame. I lost a remote and PG scheduled an appointment quickly with me. Everything was reprogrammed, I received a new remote and Robert Weber (my technician) was on-time, quick and to the point and he even programmed my car as well to open the doors. A great experience I had with Precision Garage who replaced my old garage doors and added 2 openers....and now the service call was equally as great. I don't write reviews often at all, but this company (and Robert Weber from the Riverhead office) deserve a great review.
