Isaac was my service man, very polite and thorough. The cost to repairs was ALOT higher than I anticipated, but I did like that the parts have a 5 year guarantee. I did notice an issue after Isaac left, so I had to call back to have him return. The service turnaround is very quick..the next day.

Precision did a BIG job for us about a year ago replacing the big springs that help raise and lower our two garage doors after one of the springs snapped. They did a great, clean job on that at a very fair price. Today, one of the doors needed an adjustment unrelated to the spring work which was done again quickly and cleanly.
