We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Precision. The office notified us that the technician was running a little late because of an unforeseen complication at a previous job. The technician called us from the road when he was on his way. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He listened patiently to our questions and answered in a thorough manner. He explained what the problem was very clearly and presented us with options on how to fix the problem.

In 2019 Jesse Cole did a great job replacing a broken spring and today John Hixson did a remarkable job not just replacing broken brackets supporting a spring, but repairing my garage door (which split in multiple spots when the brackets snapped) and placing metal support plates…very appreciative to not need a new garage door. Thank you John !
