We had an awesome experience with Danny today. Initially are appointment was a service call. Danny was mindful of maintaining the protocol so that we felt safe and comfortable. He also really listened to our questions and concerns. After being given all the scenarios that would fix our issues, we decided to get a new garage door and opener. At no point did we feel pressured to make a choice. I am so glad we went with Precision!!

I got an appointment for repair within less than 24 hours of my initial phone call, and the problems affecting my two garage doors were diagnosed and thoroughly addressed by the technician, Jesse. The technician, Robert Weber arrived on time and diagnosed the garage door issue right away. He was also courteous and adhered to covid19 protocols. The garage door mechanical system was fixed promptly after I approved of the detailed written and verbal description of the required work, including the estimate. The repair cost was very reasonable, too. So glad that I was able to save my automated garage door!!

My overhead door stopped working so I called Precision. Israel Hixon came by appointment the same day (Precision texted me the technician's picture and a short bio) and he was on time, polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
