I called Precision to repair my garage door opener. Precision is a company that is run correctly. Very professional. I was notified by text confirming my appt. On the day of my appt. I received a text with the technician's name and photo. My wife was home during the repair. I was not, but she informed me that our technician, John Aaron Hixson was very professional and nice. The motor of my old garage door was burned out, so John was able to replace it that day. He also had all the materials to replace my old worn out rollers which were making the door run rough and probably caused the old motor to burn out. The new set up works great. The door runs smoother than it has ever run and very quiet. The only negative thing I can say about the whole situation is that it was a very pricey fix. I never expected it to cost that much money, but the job was done correctly and that is the bottom line. I would rather pay more money and have it done right than pay less and have a job done wrong.

Got an ad in the mail and scheduled a garage door repair after reading reviews. Our garage doors are 15 years old; one didn't open and the other shook a lot. We decided to fix the cables & rollers but fortunately didn't need a full replacement. Precision responded promptly, scheduled at our convenience, and sent several confirmations of the (Saturday) appointment (one of which included a picture of our technician). The technician (Danny) was professional, efficient, thorough, and reviewed all our options. Prices were fair and service was above our expectations. There was no high-pressure sales pitch -- refreshing. I would most certainly recommend Precision to a friend!

I had Danny come to the house for a estimate for a new garage door. He arrived on time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The price quote was very fair. The only negative I could say is there is a ~ 2 week wait for the door to be ordered. I know this isn't a issue with Precision but the door manufacturer. I look forward to doing business with Precision.

This was my first contact with precision door service. My technician, Danny Salas was friendly ,knowledgeable ,and professional. Although I called for a repair of a broken cable, I ended up buying a new door. The mechanisms were so old, that it was impossible to fix the cables . The service was fantastic! Called the office at 9-45,given a window of 10am to 4pm,but within 10 minutes got a call from Tim,to see if he could come in a few minutes....He came over right away,gave me all the necessary info on fixing the lock and the rubber seal on the bottom of the door ,,45 minutes later it’s all done,and the price was ok too!..Tim was a lovely young man,and I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems ...

The technician Francisco Taveras was able to determine the problem, correct it with the appropriate parts and get the door functioning. He explained the new keypad,the remote and the pad in the garage itself to me. He made my car compatible with the new motor. He came early and started to work immediately.

I was very impressed with the work done by Francisco. The door problem was corrected and all is now working fine. Francisco was excellent in explaining all the work that he was going to do and did everything as described with one important exception. I was expecting a written five year warranty on the parts and work done. I got a copy of the invoice by e-mail but nothing about a five year warranty. Why not???
