I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the following Saturday morning. The phone operator was professional and courteous. I got texts alerting me about my appointment time the day before and the day of. I also got a text telling me that my technician was on his way(early in the window of appt. time). The text also included a brief bio of my technician! My technician was John-Aaron. He was on time, professionally dressed, clean and neat. His truck was also clean and organized. John-Aaron was also professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to work within my budget, even calling his boss to get permission. His boss and he were able to provide more than I expected at the right price. Once that was settled, John-Aaron got to work. He was quick and efficient, and an excellent communicator about everything he was doing. I had never heard of Precision Door but now I won’t call anyone else in the future.

We had reframing to do and Rob was able to inform my contractors of all specifications to get the job done well. His expertise was greatly appreciated. This company runs like a well oiled machine. My appointment was scheduled the day after my initial call. I received an email confirmation and the technician called the following day to let me know he was on his way and will be there in 40 minutes. He showed up on time, in a collared shirt, and explained all of the services he was going to perform.
