I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this company. Justin, the tech, who did the installation in June was most competent and just today he was back to fix a problem which I was having. It seems that a bunch of screws had become loose in the door and that's why it was not properly operating. He came, fixed it and did it once again in a most professional manner. I would recommend them with no reservations. Their customer service is outstanding and that's a definite plus. They are most professional in all aspects of the operation.

Available to respond 24 seven to call. Very professional service and knowledgeable tech. In addition another Tech came by to help speed up the job. Spent more than I expected but very professional and good recommendation on fixing not only problem but future by replacing most equipment. Pointed out that there was a myriad combination of replacement parts being used and Decided best course of action to replace all at same time. Both techs respectful and pleasant/ knowledgeable. Definitely highly recommend. Purchased many replacement parts/ opener/ cables/ rollers/ remotes/keypad/ springs complete overhaul.

A week ago I was trying many companies to no avail. No one would come that day. Found Precision. They gave me a window of 4 hours and within 1 hr. I got a call from Danny. Salas. He was professional and most accommodating. He tried ro save us money but my motor was shot. So we had the motor installed with new remotes and keypad. Precision and Danny saved us a lot of grief as we have no access to the garage from our house

Jesse replaced our garage door motor. He came the same day that we called you and had everything that he needed in his truck so could do the do the work immediately. He was very pleasant and professional. After he had finished he tidied everything up and then showed me how the new motor he had fitted worked. Excellent service!!! Technician, Dan, was there within 2 hours. Very courteous and eager to resolve the problem with my old safety beams, which looked simple, but turned out to be very difficult. Danny was our technician today. He was courteous and polite. He notified me before that he was coming. He found the issue immediately even though the issue was intermittent. Although we could not see it...the senses were slightly not aligned. He adjusted the track a little, aligned the senses and wa la all fixed! He said to be sure to call if there are any future issues.
