Justin was given a rating of 10 because he was courteous, competent & very neat. Your company advertising & web page is very impressive. I particularly liked the pictures and bio of your employees. However, I think the price I was charged was way above the industry average. I never expected to pay over $600 for springs, rollers, pullies and cables. I was sold a package that included a 5 year no questions asked guarantee including parts and labor. However, the receipt does not show that guarantee in writing. Is it valid? Also, your advertising mentions senior discounts. I was not offered any. Am I entitled to a discount. Joe Lofaso

It was a pleasure dealing with Precision Door Service. My inquiry was answered quickly, an appointment set at my convenience, and their arrival was on time, as promised. Brendan, our technician, was very professional, courteous, and diagnosed our problems accurately. He then explained the service options, recommendations, and pricing for the repair. The work was then performed as agreed upon and completed quickly. Our garage door is now working better than it was when new! Smooth, quiet and reliable operation. We couldn't be happier with the result and will recommend Precision to friends and family.

They came quickly and all the communication was an A+. He unplugged the box and plugged it back in and it worked. Not sure if he tried to do it a few times but within an hour the door wouldn’t open. I called and asked to schedule a follow up to replace the box and asked the the initial fee for the visit be waived or included in the repair price(quoted $850 on phone) Client service person said she couldn’t approve it and would have someone call. 4 days later no call so I scheduled with another company for $650.

Francisco did an excellent job installing our new 3/4 HP LiftMaster garage door opener. He diagnosed the problem with our old 14 year old opener and made appropriate recommendations on the repairs and new install required. His workmanship was excellent and he set up the remotes and key pads for us. Very professional and reliable. Would use Precision again and highly recommend to friends.
