I was contacted as to when I could expect the technician to arrive. Danny introduced himself and upon inspection of my garage opener and springs, explained my 2 options clearly, with prices and warranties. The work was completed quickly and everything was cleaned up. I was then instructed on how to use the outside control panel. Danny was very patient when I messed up the code the first time. He did not leave until he was sure I could use everything correctly.

The company is quick to send a tech. Tech was there within the hour of my call. We are very happy with their door, they are very well made. Our technician Lewis was prompt and courteous. Today’s service is the second for me. Precision installed my opener 5 years ago and their extraordinary service stuck in my mind . Shane was my technician. He called in advance to say he was 25 minutes away. Arrived and assessed the situation. Gave me an estimate. The job was more than I anticipated. Shane spoke with his Boss and they were able to find a discount that I was eligible for. We agreed on the price, and Shane went to work. He told me it would take roughly 2 hours. Around 2 hours later he was done. He took time to explain everything related to my new garage doors, openers and remote app. A job well done. Second time I called Precision Glass for an emergency and they come the following day and fix the garage door the same day no matter what the problem was. Service is fast. Technician are professional, kind and knowledgeable. Kelvin was so nice! He did a great job when I thought it was going to take a week for parts. He did everything same day in freezing temperatures.
