I chose Precision for my repair because Precision had installed my door in July 2019. The Tech who came to my house to do the repairs was Israel Hixson. Israel arrived on time and proceeded to do a very extensive review of the issues involved. Israel explained in a very professional and understandable manor what my options were. He proceeded to do all the repairs that were needed . He completed all the work very quickly which I appreciated. Israel Hixson is definitely an amazing asset to your company ! Israel did a great job. Our garage needs new drywall, so there was nowhere to run wires (well), but he was very diligent in trying to run them cleanly and temporarily, pending putting new insulation and drywall in place. He also lubricated the door, and it moves much more smoothly and quietly -- I didn't request this extra step and there was no additional fee. Would definitely use this company again.

Ryan installed a garage door opener with great care. He explained what needed to be done and he patiently showed me how everything works. He programmed my two cars to operate the garage opener. Kevin was very professional. He explained things very carefully, gave me a number of options, and we agreed on a specific product. Our garage is also used for a lot of storage items and he worked around everything and never complained. He reset all the remotes even the one that is permanently installed in my wifes car. After everything was complete, he took the time again to explain the entire operation of the opener I was very impressed!!!!

It is a pleasure these days to find a company that is as professional as Precision. Not only did they respond to my problem, but the tech also advised me 40 minutes before his arrival, and I received his name and picture from the company office so I could be comfortable with who I was expecting. This was for a possible repair to door openers installed about 16 months ago. Though no specific reason could be identified as to what was causing my problem, some adjustments were made to the settings and I was told to let them know immediately if my problem reappeared. All done under my warranty by a very pleasant and informative representative. Thank you, Precision!

I have used you in the past and found you to be very good if not excellent. This time Danny Salas was excellent also; did a great job. Sorry this is late as my computer two days after he was here died and has to be repaired.
