I had a garage door opener installed and a new garage door with new roller springs etc... Installation went ok. Had to call them back for service 3 times for garage door coming off track. Second time they never showed up had to call manager. Service was extremely poor. I had recommended Precision to a relative after I had new garage door installed and they had the same problem. Would not recommend............

I had purchased two of your top of the line garage doors and had them installed by two of your technicians. One door worked perfectly and one door had issues. I called for a technician to come to fix the issues. Without going into detail there were numerous issues with door #2. The response was very quick and Brian was assigned to fix the problems. He found problems that I was not aware of and corrected them quickly and professionally. To be honest Brian is the reason that I would recommend Precision and he is one of the reasons your ratings are 5 stars.

Due to an unfortunate situation my door sustained damage. Not realizing the safety latch was secured my daughter hit the wrong door button on a twin door assembly. The technician was dispatched promptly and informed us of damages. He took it upon himself to order the damaged section on the door to make the necessary repair. They scheduled the work and repaired the door at a very reasonable fee. Obviously the damage was caused by us. Precision is a very reputable establishment. Their people are courteous and respectful. Very fair and very pleased with services provided. Thank You!
