Every aspect of my garage door replacement was handled very professionally. Andrew, the sales rep, very clearly explained all options and the cost of each. The two installation techs, Jeff and Tyreem, were very knowledgeable. They were able to correct a weather stripping issue that arose unexpectedly. Their ability to correct the problem was very appreciated. I am very pleased with my new door. It makes the house look so much better and is so much quieter than the old ones! He was well prepared, methodical, neat, and very professional throughout the process. Not a speck of debri was left behind. An entirely positive experience. Couldn't have been better. Setting up the work with Precision was clear and easy. Jeff R and his colleague Mike notified me as promised the morning they were due, came exactly when they said they would, were courteous, nice guys to deal with. They got right to work. Next thing I knew, the sturdy attractive new door was installed, aligned perfectly, operating perfectly. I know this sounds "too enthusiastic" or foolish, but it's not. Old garage doors really needed replacement, along with the springs and tracks. Installation went smoothly. Everything works so much better (and quieter with the nylon rollers!) The top lights really let in a lot of light making it unnecessary for the garage lights during the day. Wife is very pleased! Installers were very professional and courteous.
