Extremely impressed with Precision Door Service. Really one of the better experiences I've had dealing with any company from a customer service standpoint. Easy appointment setting, great communication, Rob our experienced technician arrived on time and quickly replaced our old and installed 2 new garage door openers. Job was done well and they work perfectly. Installation pricing was very fair as well. We're considering new doors perhaps next Spring and now we know there's no place else to look - as we're very happy with the service we received! Highly recommended!

The garage door mechanical system was fixed promptly after I approved of the detailed written and verbal description of the required work, including the estimate. The repair cost was very reasonable, too. So glad that I was able to save my automated garage door!!

I had a broken spring. My tech, Rob, replaced the springs and suggested replacing some other worn and rusted parts. When he completed the work the door operated better than when it was new. He did a very good job!
