When I called Precision with my problem at 8:50 AM, a real person answered the telephone. They said they would send a repairman within 4 hours. 10 minutes later I received a phone call from John, he told me he would be there in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later her arrived. He evaluated my garage door system and explained in very easy terms what was required to have the garage door repaired so that it would work properly and safely. John was extremely courteous and respectful of my property. I would not hesitate to have him come back for any other repairs. He was great. He was the utmost professional.

I was so pleased with Justin today. He kept us posted on his arrival time and was very pleasant and professional. He replaced our garage door opener and answered all our questions. Your company was terrific. I called on a Saturday afternoon and had it replaced by Sunday morning. I didn’t have to shop around and then make an appointment for an installation taking days. Everything was done the next day. I would highly recommend your company!

I called for help with a nonfunctioning cable and within 3-4 hours a technician, Tim, arrived ready ...and able...to go to work. Brendon B and Greg R did an excellent job with the installation. The door is very tightly fitted all around, just as I requested. They lubricated the opener track and the door opens and closes very smoothly and quietly. Overall very satisfied with the installation and the door is very attractive.

The tech who arrived at out home was polite and very knowledgeable for the work he performed in my garage installing new motor .belt rail with the motor. Our garage door frame unexpectedly broke after a long run on an old door opener that came with the house. We called Precision and they were able to set up an appointment within one business day. We called on Friday and had an appointment Monday morning. Hunter was our service person and he was right on time - the earlier part of the time range. We got a reasonable estimate with options and decided to go with a whole new garage door opener, plus the door frame repairs. The work was done on the spot, including the new opener, and set up perfectly. Hunter explained in detail how it all worked and we were very pleased. Couldn't ask for better service.
