I had Danny come to the house for a estimate for a new garage door. He arrived on time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The price quote was very fair. The only negative I could say is there is a ~ 2 week wait for the door to be ordered. I know this isn't a issue with Precision but the door manufacturer. I look forward to doing business with Precision.

This was my first contact with precision door service. My technician, Danny Salas was friendly ,knowledgeable ,and professional. Although I called for a repair of a broken cable, I ended up buying a new door. The mechanisms were so old, that it was impossible to fix the cables . I must say that I feel confident that the rest of this process will go as smoothly as my first visit. I like the alert regarding the arrival time and the fact that you sent a picture of the technician who would be coming to my door. a picture of my technician.

The service was fantastic! Called the office at 9-45,given a window of 10am to 4pm,but within 10 minutes got a call from Tim,to see if he could come in a few minutes....He came over right away,gave me all the necessary info on fixing the lock and the rubber seal on the bottom of the door ,,45 minutes later it’s all done,and the price was ok too!..Tim was a lovely young man,and I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems ...

The technician Francisco Taveras was able to determine the problem, correct it with the appropriate parts and get the door functioning. He was extremely polite, respectful and considerate of the situation with an elderly parent. I was able to deal with Francisco by phone to attend to the problem without my being there at the house. Justin Riva was an excellent worker. He carefully explained all of my options to me. He worked guickly and efficiently to replace the motor. He explained the new keypad,the remote and the pad in the garage itself to me. He made my car compatible with the new motor. He came early and started to work immediately.

I was very impressed with the work done by Francisco. The door problem was corrected and all is now working fine. Francisco was excellent in explaining all the work that he was going to do and did everything as described with one important exception. I was expecting a written five year warranty on the parts and work done. I got a copy of the invoice by e-mail but nothing about a five year warranty. Why not???

I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this company. Justin, the tech, who did the installation in June was most competent and just today he was back to fix a problem which I was having. It seems that a bunch of screws had become loose in the door and that's why it was not properly operating. He came, fixed it and did it once again in a most professional manner. I would recommend them with no reservations. Their customer service is outstanding and that's a definite plus. They are most professional in all aspects of the operation.

Available to respond 24 seven to call. Very professional service and knowledgeable tech. In addition another Tech came by to help speed up the job. Spent more than I expected but very professional and good recommendation on fixing not only problem but future by replacing most equipment. Pointed out that there was a myriad combination of replacement parts being used and Decided best course of action to replace all at same time. Both techs respectful and pleasant/ knowledgeable. Definitely highly recommend. Purchased many replacement parts/ opener/ cables/ rollers/ remotes/keypad/ springs complete overhaul.
