Jesse and Rob were the two service technician sent to fix my garage door. They were both friendly, informative, and, most important, did a good job. The door works perfectly now. I also like the way Jesse's photo and short biography were sent via Messenger, so I knew whom to look for. I am very happy with the installation of the LiftMaster 8550W. I was also very happy with the work of Jesse C and Rob W. They both did an excellent job and both was pleasant to talk to. They answered all my questions and I was happy with their knowledge in installing the LiftMaster 8550W. After having the Genie system for almost 19 years, this door is so much quieter than it ever was. I also like having the newest technology that comes with this system, like the backup battery. I do recommend Precision Garage Door.

Justin was given a rating of 10 because he was courteous, competent & very neat. Your company advertising & web page is very impressive. I particularly liked the pictures and bio of your employees. However, I think the price I was charged was way above the industry average. I never expected to pay over $600 for springs, rollers, pullies and cables. I was sold a package that included a 5 year no questions asked guarantee including parts and labor. However, the receipt does not show that guarantee in writing. Is it valid? It was a pleasure dealing with Precision Door Service. My inquiry was answered quickly, an appointment set at my convenience, and their arrival was on time, as promised. Brendan, our technician, was very professional, courteous, and diagnosed our problems accurately. He then explained the service options, recommendations, and pricing for the repair. The work was then performed as agreed upon and completed quickly. Our garage door is now working better than it was when new! Smooth, quiet and reliable operation. We couldn't be happier with the result and will recommend Precision to friends and family.

They came quickly and all the communication was an A+. He unplugged the box and plugged it back in and it worked. Not sure if he tried to do it a few times but within an hour the door wouldn’t open. I called and asked to schedule a follow up to replace the box and asked the the initial fee for the visit be waived or included in the repair price(quoted $850 on phone) Client service person said she couldn’t approve it and would have someone call. 4 days later no call so I scheduled with another company for $650.
