I’ve heard great things about you. Checked you out on line. Great reviews. Joe called. Said he’d be there in around 10 minutes. He was. Gave me an estimate. Said it would be done in about 40 minutes. It was. Joe was terrific. Very professional. Personable. If I need another repair, I would ask for him. I’m completely satisfied and would recommend you people. Also a shout out to Jen who I spoke to in the office. Very helpful. All in all I was very satisfied w/my experience. Thank you.

My wife and I were very impressed by the service technician. We were sort of embarrassed since we could not engage the door again after we had to pull the lever to open the door manually due to a power outage. The serviceTechnician just told us to pull back on the rope handle and then press the button... to our chagrin the door was engaged... John did explain to us as a courtesy with the service call he would perform a review of the door and see if there were any problem spots. He did advise us of the problems that we may incur with the door in the future if we did not attend to them. So we decided to take his advise and have those issues fixed Thank you John for your avise and expertise

The serviceman arrived as scheduled, located the issue and proceeded to see if he could locate a replacement part for the 17 year old garage door opener. After having no success he replaced the door opener, a pulley, balanced the door, set up the remote, etc. Though out the entire time he was very professional and courteous.

The doors need to be replaced or fixed and Rob came out to assist with a quote. He was very friendly and did a full evaluation on repair or replace the entire system. He took pictures and measurements and gave me a full report on the condition of my doors. He didn’t rush out to the next job as he took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me.
