I received exceptional service from start to finish in purchasing our new garage door. Our sales representative Andrew was so informative and made the whole purchase process easy. I haven’t experienced a better company at communicating throughout the whole process. Our installers Greg and Jeff were very courteous, knowledgeable and did a clean and perfect install. When done they took the time to explain the work done and how to use the key release to disengage our door opener if needed. I first used Precision to fix my old door years ago and returned to them to purchase a new door because of the excellent experience with their repair services. Their pricing was definitely reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a garage door repair or is looking to purchase a new door.

He talked me through my current needs as well as possible future expectations without the pressure of a salesman. He addressed the issues for which he was sent and even asked if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed while he was there. The attention was exceptional. Pricing was higher than some competitors but management worked with me to keep me in my budget and the quality is worth the price.

Service was perfect! Technician on time, polite and very helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. One problem the invoice was not broken down stating where a coupon for $25.00 had been deducted from. The bill states separately from work done minus $25.00 but no reference as to the amount it was deducted from. Then the bill states an amount minus senior discount and taxes then total amount. That was my only problem. Otherwise amazing service!!!

My existing garage door motor failed, after 21 years, on a Saturday afternoon. I was amazed to find Precision Overhead Garage Door Service took calls on Saturdays, and I was even more amazed (and pleased) to find I could schedule a technician's visit for Sunday afternoon. The technician, Jacob, showed up right on time, was pleasant and efficient. He installed a new motor and all the accoutrements in 2 hours, helped me program my car's remote, helped me set up the wifi connection, and just generally oriented me on operation. The price was quite reasonable, and I have a great warranty, and a more powerful motor that is smoother and quieter than my former one. And Jacob also removed the old rail and motor (which would have been difficult to have the recycling center deal with). Five stars, thank you Jacob, and thank you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Definitely 5 stars!

The entire process from scheduling to completion was top notch. From the appointment availabiliyy to the email and text updates to the tech tracking couldn't have been better. Ryan, the tech that handled the call, called first thing around 8 AM and told me I was his second call and he would call when he was on his way. He called me around 9:30 and said he was on his way with an accurate ETA. When he arrived he was very professional, knew exactly what to do once I showed him the problem and worked dillegently to the end. The only negative thing I have to say is the pricing for the work performed was very high in my opinion. Being a DIY person and having a good idea what things cost I feel what I was charged was way more than average. No reflection on Ryan. He was capable, competent and wasted no time in getting the job done.

My elderly parents garage door needed to be replaced. A few years ago I needed to replace my electric garage door opener and I would get Precision coupons in the mail periodically. I called Precision and had a very good experience with them installing my garage door opener. So, I called Precision to give my parents a quote on a new garage door. Mike Chwalek, a Precision Technician came to my parents and took measurements and sat down with them and myself as I was handling this. Mike was a very professional and knowledgeable man and explained the whole process of ordering the garage door. Mike gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. I did text him a few times and he returned my text with a phone call and text. He answered all the questions I had. I could not be any happier with how Mike helped us. The Technician Greg Rambadadt and his assistant came an installed the garage door. They both were very professional, cleaned and took old garage door with them. It took them about 3 hours to install the door. We were very pleased with the whole overall process and installation on the garage door. We will highly recommend Precision to anyone we know who needs work or needs garage doors or openers.
