David, our technician, was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon his arrival he politely introduced himself, quickly assessed what needed to be accomplished and explained the options available to us. His meticulous work was neat, clean and quick. He also went above and beyond by oiling up parts that needed to operate smoothly going forward. In addition, we appreciated the continual update communications from the company as well as the text with both a picture of David and a brief bio about his work experiences. The entire process from sales (Gina) to installation (Jeff) was great. We were kept abreast of the status of our order from start to finish. I went with Precision because of their great reviews. I was able to get a timely appointment and their communication from first call to completion was excellent. Danny (the installer) was great. He went over all options for the new opener as well as explained about the other moving parts that needed work. He answered all questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall great service and I am very happy with the product.

I chose Precision based on the ratings on google. They did not disappoint. After reading the reviews I was hoping to get Dan and fortunately I did. He showed up on time (which in this day in age is surprising and refreshing) he answered all my questions. I thought the price was a bit steep but after having an open and honest conversation with him I felt comfortable with the price (you get what you pay for. He gave me cheaper options and explained I definitely could pay less by going else where but the quality of the product is also inferior to what I would be getting. He did it in a no pressure way, just two guys shooting the ...... which I appreciated.) He installed the motor in a timely manner and answered more of my questions after everything was installed. I appreciated the fact that we have the same philosophy, "Do the job as if it is your own house." Dan was great and I love all the lifetime warranties I get on the motor and LED light. Tech George Albert called when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to speak with. He assessed the damage that occured when a spring broke. He presented several options to do the repair. I selected an option that was reasonable to me and he proceded to do the work . When he was finished he went over everything he did and showed me how to operate the system. George did a great job and all the wiring was very neat.
