My 15 year old Sears Craftmen garage door opener had finally run its course. Nick came and advised it best to replace the unit with a new Geni model. Evidently the one part on the Sears product failed and was no longer available. Whether it was or not I thought it best to replace the entire unit. Nick accomplished the install in a few hours and did a great job. Happy to know that it has a 15 year warranty. Nick was knowledge and had a very focused friendly attitude. Thank You, Don Brown

Precision Tech Shane Fazal was on time. Very courteous, cooperative and knowlable. Even though I had called Precision for servicing my old garage door opener but instead endup replacing my both garage door openers. Precision prices seemed a bit high but since I was dealing with a company longtime in business, peace of mind was very important to me! After installation was complete, Shane helped programmed our cars for remote opening. We could not ask for more. Shane... keep up the good work...

The service we received from John was perfect. Very professional. I'm glad we decided to purchase our garage door from Precision 7 years ago. On this service call the tension wire that snapped was replaced along with the two spings, The parts we're included with the wareany, but not the labor ( a little Pricey on the cost of labor ) but the job got done.

Hello, I want to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service I received. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the materials and especially the professional installation by Brian. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. During the installation, there was a minor issue when reconnecting my older electric garage door opener. While the motor was running, the door would not open or close. Brian, though not at fault, immediately apologized and suggested I contact the office so a technician could come out to assess the problem. He also assured me that if it could not be repaired, your company would work with me on a replacement. Since I had originally installed the opener myself, I decided to take a look before calling. I discovered the chain needed to be reset on the sprocket and the tension adjusted. After making this quick repair and reinstalling the opener, it now works perfectly—better than before, especially paired with the new door. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Precision Overhead Garage Door was recommended to me by a friend. They were prompt in making an appointment with me and followed up every step of the way. When it was time for George, my service guy to come to the house ... I received a picture, his phone number and a little bio. I thought it was great to know who was coming to my house. Once at my house, George was great. He was super thorough and explained everything to us. He helped me download the app, showed me how to share it with my family members and tested everything before he left.
