Very professional service! Technician Francisco came promptly to quote for new door and helped temporarily patch up and closed the old garage door that was broken. Two weeks later, technicians Joel and Jeff came to install the new door. Came on time and finished the job in less than 3 hrs. They even helped me fix the broken garage wall control for free. I called Precision to repair my garage door opener. Precision is a company that is run correctly. Very professional. I was notified by text confirming my appt. On the day of my appt. I received a text with the technician's name and photo. My wife was home during the repair. I was not, but she informed me that our technician, John Aaron Hixson was very professional and nice. The motor of my old garage door was burned out, so John was able to replace it that day. He also had all the materials to replace my old worn out rollers which were making the door run rough and probably caused the old motor to burn out. The new set up works great. The door runs smoother than it has ever run and very quiet. The only negative thing I can say about the whole situation is that it was a very pricey fix. I never expected it to cost that much money, but the job was done correctly and that is the bottom line. I would rather pay more money and have it done right than pay less and have a job done wrong.

Got an ad in the mail and scheduled a garage door repair after reading reviews. Our garage doors are 15 years old; one didn't open and the other shook a lot. We decided to fix the cables & rollers but fortunately didn't need a full replacement. Precision responded promptly, scheduled at our convenience, and sent several confirmations of the (Saturday) appointment (one of which included a picture of our technician). The technician (Danny) was professional, efficient, thorough, and reviewed all our options. Prices were fair and service was above our expectations. There was no high-pressure sales pitch -- refreshing. I would most certainly recommend Precision to a friend!

The only negative I could say is there is a ~ 2 week wait for the door to be ordered. I know this isn't a issue with Precision but the door manufacturer. This was my first contact with precision door service. My technician, Danny Salas was friendly ,knowledgeable ,and professional. Although I called for a repair of a broken cable, I ended up buying a new door. The mechanisms were so old, that it was impossible to fix the cables . I must say that I feel confident that the rest of this process will go as smoothly as my first visit.
