Called Pecision on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Had a real human answer the phone, which is a rarity. Got an appointment the next day. John showed up on time and got the door fixed quickly. I highly recommend them.

The overall experience was really good. I needed a repair and in the end I ended up buying a new garage door opener and did some other minor up grades. I was given multiple options with no pressure and I selected what I thought was the best choice for me. Danny S did a great job!! He arrived on time (the same day that I made the appointment). He explained exactly what we needed after inspecting our system & receiving our approval to do the job, he started working. A couple of hours later our door that previously wouldn't open was working like a Swiss clock . Asked them to fix my garage door. The technician said it couldn't be repaired and our other door was broken, as well. He quoted $2200 to replace both doors including all tracks, springs and hardware. I fixed both doors for $87.37 with parts from Home Depot. Thanks Precision...not a good policy to try to take advantage of customers. Change your website...you don't fix anything.

One of the cables needed by our automatic garage door opener to open the door, snapped unexpectedly recently, preventing us from opening the garage door at all. We called Precision Door Service and were promised a visit within the next few hours. One hour later, a technician called, introduced himself and told us they would be there within the 1/2 hour, and before we knew it, 3 men were there to fix the door for us. They assessed the problem, gave us several options of what needed immediate attention and what could wait if we so chose. The ultimate decision was ours. We chose to replace all of the necessary as well as potential problematic parts all at once. They even waived the service call fee for us and gave us an additional discount which included a 10 year warranty on the new parts installed. The men were polite, courteous, efficient and neat. Even though the cost was a little high, we would definitely use them again should the need arise! The service was excellent!!

I called Precision on a Saturday afternoon. Got right through to a representative who was courteous and very knowledgeable. Told me she could have someone come to our house on Sunday between 1 and 4 pm and that the service technician would call me a half hour before estimated arrival time.He called me Sunday morning to give me an estimate of arrival time. Also called me a half hour before he arrived. He quickly determined what work needed to be done, gave me a price and time estimated to complete the work. He did a great job and answered numerous questions about other future work I expect to have done by Precision. Nice to deal with such professionals like the Precision team.
