Also new rubber seal on one door & 4 nylon rollers replacing 4 steel rollers. (2 on both garage doors). Danny was great in explaining all options. Install was excellent

Hunter, the technician who serviced my garage door called to keep me updated on his arrival time, examined the broken door equipment and took the time to fully explain all of my options for the repair. The job was completed in the specified time and was tested numerous times to assure the repair was done properly. Other companies need to take a lesson from these guys on how a successful business is run. I would highly recommend Precision for all garage door repairs ( like the spring, cable, pulley and roller replacement on my door ) or a full door replacement.

I have an old, heavy wood door that I wanted to maintain because it complements the style of the house. David Backinoff and his assistant, John, did a great job rehabbing the door hardware and installing a new opener and springs. The door now operates better than it ever has in the 30+ years I have owned my home. They took the time to diagnose the issues and breathed some new life into the old door mechanisms. I would definitely recommend Precision to take care of your garage door problems.

First, it is unusual to have a repair rep. come on a Sunday. Danny arrived early on Sunday. His appearance was neat & clean. His demeanor was friendly and cordial. He was so helpful & knowledgeable with any questions we had. He did not rush while repairing & installing new garage door springs for our very large garage door. I would not hesitate using & recommending this company for whatever garage repairs or purchases would be needed. Danny is a credit to this company!

Greg and Andre just left after installing two new garage doors at my home. My husband and I couldn’t be happier Greg and Andre did a fabulous job. I know it wasn’t easy as it’s an older detached garage but we love our new doors! Super quiet and nice looking too! Greg and Andre went above and beyond a super professional job very friendly courteous they called to let us know when they would arrive cleaned everything up and helped me program the keypads. Tim looked into the problem, but the problem did not reoccur. The problem was an error message that said excessive opening force detected, error code 4-2 (couldn't find error codes in the Owner's Manual). Thus, Tim couldn't adjust anything due to not knowing what caused the problem. It hasn't reoccurred since Tim was here.

I called Saturday morning and that afternoon Joe came and looked over my garage door opener. He gave me a fair price and wanted to install it that day but I had evening plans. So we easily scheduled another day and Joe was there on time and did a great job. I definitely recommend Precision and of course Joe who was courteous, knowledgeable, and, competent.

The men who came to my house were very nice, competent and did the job great. Thought the price for the service and I guess especially the parts were high. They performed the entire job is less than one hour and the cost was over 900 bucks.
