Your company was terrific. I called on a Saturday afternoon and had it replaced by Sunday morning. I didn’t have to shop around and then make an appointment for an installation taking days. Brendon B and Greg R did an excellent job with the installation. The door is very tightly fitted all around, just as I requested. They lubricated the opener track and the door opens and closes very smoothly and quietly. Overall very satisfied with the installation and the door is very attractive.

Our garage door frame unexpectedly broke after a long run on an old door opener that came with the house. We called Precision and they were able to set up an appointment within one business day. We called on Friday and had an appointment Monday morning. Hunter was our service person and he was right on time - the earlier part of the time range. We got a reasonable estimate with options and decided to go with a whole new garage door opener, plus the door frame repairs. The work was done on the spot, including the new opener, and set up perfectly. Hunter explained in detail how it all worked and we were very pleased. Couldn't ask for better service.
