The technician (Hunter) called me to let me know when he would be arriving and he kept true to his word. He was polite and a pleasure to deal with. Our garage door was locked in the closed position and with no other means of entry I turned to Angie's list for a company to help us. It was amazing I was reassured that I would be assigned a service tech from 2-5pm and within 30 minutes a tech (Tim) from Precision garage doors called me and told he could be at my home in 45 minutes. He got the door opened and then did a check of the 1993 opener and all the parts and made some suggestions ....no pressure. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Hunter was very prompt. I really needed same day service. Quickly found the problems. Didn't oversell. Friendly and polite. I needed new springs, safety wires, and mostly a way to by pass the transmitter/receiver in the motor housing. So Hunter installed new electronics and helped me program my car's remote. Recommendation: 5 stars
