The garage door motor was noisy and eventually non-functional. I called Precision and asked for a repair between 12 noon and 4 PM the next day. The repairman called at 11:30 the next day and arrived at 12 noon. He quickly analyzed the system and ascertained the problem. He explained the problem, the system, the time for the repair and the price for everything. Although he estimated the time for the repair to be two (2) hours, he was finished in one and one-half hours. The technician was courteous, respectful and efficient. It was a "5 star" visit to my home. As I am a very senior citizen on a fixed income, I would have appreciated a discount. Other than that, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door work.

My garage door is over 17 years old, so I figured the parts needed upgrading, especially when the keypad kept failing and the sensor kept faultering. I called Sears who jiggled the wire on the sensor, told me it was loose, replaced the keypad and charged me almost $300.00. I had to call Sears THREE times to make sure the guy was still coming - with the last call at 3:30PM with a 4PM "last appointment." When my sensor failed out again, I called Sears on 12/29/17 (they were at my house on 12/14/17 previously) and they booked me for 1/05/08. I called Precision who sent the tech out today. The tech called me to let me know his ETA, did a safety inspection (Sears never did), recommended services that would bring my garage door up to code without breaking me financially, and completed all the work in about 20 minutes. The tech was polite, professional, instructive, informative and through. My loyalty is now with Precision.

Just used Precision Door Service to replace my garage door motor and fix the various parts of the door itself, cables, etc... From beginning to end the best sales and service experience I had in ages. Danny Salas, the technician, explained everything including the pros and cons for the various levels of work I could have done and the pricing for each. Once I decided to go ahead and replace the motor instead of repairing it and fix the door itself, Danny completed the work, quite expeditiously, and explained everything I needed to know about how to operate it. He also was kind enough to help me sync my garage door opener with my car. He was excellent and I would definitely recommend you ask for Danny Salas if you use Precision for your garage door needs!

Your man Joe check my garage door opener and said the motor was good, and he showed me, that my cables was ready to break, and he said the wheels on the track were no good. I told him to replace every thing that was bad. He did a nice job. The garage door works fine. The star number #5 is the best for Joe.
