I was impressed when I arrived home on the quality of the door we purchased. After two weeks I found a minor problem which needed adjustment, three days later it was taken care of by a technician which made the adjustment. Service means a lot when you can count on the results. Amazing job thank you !!

We woke to find our double size garage door spring had snapped leaving we two eighty year olds unable to get either of our two cars out and become virtually trapped in our own home unable to leave Your very personable and efficient technician was sent to us, called to confirm that he would arrive in 40 minutes, explained what he would do, reviewed the various cost options, and proceeded to complete the repairs. Precision door was recommended by another company that was too busy it would have taken other company 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to come service my garage door. Precision door was able to come in two days and in the time window chosen and on time with a heads up call to say technician was in the way. Mike the technician was polite very knowledgable and checked everything related to my garage door and motor to ensure it being safe to use and operate.

Greg and the fellow technician with whom he came were on time, polite, friendly, professional and efficient. Their job was enthralling to my children with whom the technicians made small talk and answered their questions. Their installation work seems to be good and Greg checked and fixed the door until he was satisfied with it's operation. They were neat and cleaned up all of the garbage and took it with them. Overall, an extremely positive experience.

Similar to the tech who came by with the original estimate, Tom J., Greg was pleasant, efficient and did a great job of installing the new equipment. Every thing looks great, and the clean-up of all old material was excellent as well. Our experience with Precision was topnotch! I'd recommend the company to anyone who asks.

I picked your company because of the reviews, ratings and credentials. It was a very positive experience. I did have a problem about two weeks later with it not closing. I called and two hours later Brian was here to correct the problem. I was very impressed with that prompt service. He spent extra time with me answering my many questions and then gave me a tutorial on the workings of the door - which was wonderful.
