I have an old, heavy wood door that I wanted to maintain because it complements the style of the house. David Backinoff and his assistant, John, did a great job rehabbing the door hardware and installing a new opener and springs. The door now operates better than it ever has in the 30+ years I have owned my home. They took the time to diagnose the issues and breathed some new life into the old door mechanisms. I would definitely recommend Precision to take care of your garage door problems.

First, it is unusual to have a repair rep. come on a Sunday. Danny arrived early on Sunday. His appearance was neat & clean. His demeanor was friendly and cordial. He was so helpful & knowledgeable with any questions we had. He did not rush while repairing & installing new garage door springs for our very large garage door. I would not hesitate using & recommending this company for whatever garage repairs or purchases would be needed. Danny is a credit to this company!

Danny Salas was on time, incredibly professional, and was thorough in his assessment of my problem. He provided me with two options to fix my garage door and did not push one option over the other. Tim looked into the problem, but the problem did not reoccur. The problem was an error message that said excessive opening force detected, error code 4-2 (couldn't find error codes in the Owner's Manual). Thus, Tim couldn't adjust anything due to not knowing what caused the problem. It hasn't reoccurred since Tim was here.

I called Saturday morning and that afternoon Joe came and looked over my garage door opener. He gave me a fair price and wanted to install it that day but I had evening plans. So we easily scheduled another day and Joe was there on time and did a great job. I definitely recommend Precision and of course Joe who was courteous, knowledgeable, and, competent.

Full inspection of everything, safety cables, etc. To write that I am completely satisfied does not really describe my gratitude. Not only was Tim gracious, polite and friendly, but you can tell he knows EXACTLY what he is doing with complete confidence. Answered all my questions affably and clearly. Now that I know everything was done correctly, carefully inspected, and backed by his knowledge and experience, it has completely removed all worries regarding my garage door.
