Can't say enough wonderful things about the team of technicians that came to my home to repair a 14 year old garage door opener. All existing and potential problems were fully explained to me and I was free to decide exactly what I wanted to be done. The repair was done quickly and expertly by Tom and Taylor who were extremely personable. I highly recommend Precision Door if you are in need of their services. I live in Suffolk County, NY, and need two new garage doors with new motors, hardware, etc. I called for an estimate. After having been given a reasonable window, Hunter Hanemann called me 30 mins before he arrived. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, and gave me a detailed written estimate for options. His knowledge and patience (I don't know too much about garage door mechanics) made me feel comfortable, and the quoted prices were much less than I had been quoted by other companies. This company obviously takes customer service seriously, and I'm looking forward to having my new garage doors and motors installed soon.

I made an appointment and they were extremely accommodating and punctual. The quality of the work was excellent. Even better was the technician Michael P. who they informed me was coming prior to the appointment. Michael had excellent technical skills and gave great customer service. He provided me with options and informed me of all of the costs BEFORE he performed any of the work. He made his recommendations and respected my decisions on the options I selected. I would highly recommend Precision, but also definitely recommend you request Michael P. as your technician.
