He was able to help me get into my locked garage door and in a quick 15 mins gave me a detailed inspection report on what might need replacing in the future and what would work best for my needs.

I called on a Sunday about broken cable on my garage door. Service technician came the same day. The technician, Danny Salas, explained that there were several problems with the door and it had already been repaired before, but not properly(we are new owners). He patiently explained everything to me and I decided to have all the parts replaced on the existing door. Danny had all the parts in his truck and he performed the repairs in a couple of hours. I was very satisfied with the work performed and was happy to have my garage door fixed so quickly. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work performed.

The spring/coil on our door broke, and took one of the pulley wheels out with it, on a Sunday. My wife went on-line and found you guys and an appointment was set for the next day. She remarked how easy it was to get you guy sand get an appointment. Your technician, Danny, called before arriving, as you guys said he would do, and he was a real gentleman. Friendly, considerate, and knew what he was doing. He explained everything, what it would cost, and then went to work, and was done. He even took care to make sure every detail was just right -- something you don't always find in folks. He cared about the quality of his work. Great job Dan, and thank you to all. I highly recommend Danny Salas and Brendan Serrano. Danny came an explained what I could stay with or gave me options to replace. I decided to go with a new opener, new springs and new remotes.
