The technician arrived at my house when expected. Franscisco was polite and introduced himself. After looking over my garage door opener, he explained why it did not go up and adjusted the settings. He also informed me that LED light bulbs might be the issue as to why I cannot pair my garage door with my auto. Fixed the problem.

The receptionist was very courteous and followed up. She managed to find me an appt. on a Sunday morning! The repairman Tim, called to confirm and told me he was 20 minutes out. I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and was so pleased to speak with a live representative who scheduled my repair for the following Saturday 5/26. Justin and Roberto were fantastic. Justin kept me up to date with voice mails several times regarding their arrival time. They were respectful, professional, understanding and knowledgeable about the repair and we took Justin's advice regarding the installation of a new opener. The work was clean and timely and he even helped us reprogram our cars. These two young men get a 5+ star rating for service and are the reason we would recommend Precision and use the service again. .

The overall experience was really good. I needed a repair and in the end I ended up buying a new garage door opener and did some other minor up grades. I was given multiple options with no pressure and I selected what I thought was the best choice for me. The Tech Brendan was really good at his profession and added no pressure but just gave the facts. This was the First time using Precision and I would highly recommend using them to anyone.
