We were lucky enough to call about getting a garage door opener installed and they came to our home within hours. Mike P and John were able to explain our options in detail. They were then able to complete the installation right then and there. They were very professional and friendly. When the installation was complete they walked us through all of the parts and how it works, including how to properly download the app to be able to work it from our phones.

I really enjoyed the simplicity of your business model. I called at 8am. I had two guys at my house by 1pm. The guys quoted the prices, made sure I understood everything, and got the work done right away in an efficient/professional manner. I want to say the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I feel like I may have been upsold slightly and paid a bit more than I should have but then again, with no knowledge of the industry or prices, I could be wrong. The technician who arrived to repair our broken garage door spring was David. He arrived on time, called to let me know he was on the way, and was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was extremely helpful, and took the time to answer my questions.
