I received the Valpak coupon in the mail and called the number for Suffolk Co. I was expecting to get service during the following week. I was very surprised to find out that a service man would be coming that afternoon and that he would call me when he was coming over. I believe his name was Tim. He did call when he was 20 minutes away and he came on time and fixed the problem with my garage doors. I was very pleased with the service and hope the problem continues to be fixed.

He gave me multiple options and a thorough description of the pros and cons. The technician (Hunter) called to identify himself as the one who would be arriving at 8:45 a.m. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He serviced the garage door and automatic door opener within 90 minutes. He explained every aspect of the repair and showed me the new parts that were installed. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Called when a spring broke. Appointment was easy to set up, Hunter (the technician) called ahead of time, arrived on time, explained all of the service. We walked through everything as the garage door wires, pulleys, etc were all old and I wanted those replaced these also. Everything was on the truck so no waiting for parts. Work was completed quickly and cleanly. Very please with the company and Hunter.
