I chose Precision after I was taken advantage of with a so call local garage door repair company. The difference was like night and day. Your repairman Tim was very professional I was given 3 different options for the repair and he explained each one without being pushy. Very professional. Your customer service is excellent . My appointment was confirmed and Tim called from his previous appointment to let me know when he would arrive. I am so glad I saw your ad on News 12. I would highly recommend your company. Can't say enough wonderful things about the team of technicians that came to my home to repair a 14 year old garage door opener. All existing and potential problems were fully explained to me and I was free to decide exactly what I wanted to be done. I live in Suffolk County, NY, and need two new garage doors with new motors, hardware, etc. I called for an estimate. After having been given a reasonable window, Hunter Hanemann called me 30 mins before he arrived. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, and gave me a detailed written estimate for options. His knowledge and patience (I don't know too much about garage door mechanics) made me feel comfortable, and the quoted prices were much less than I had been quoted by other companies. This company obviously takes customer service seriously, and I'm looking forward to having my new garage doors and motors installed soon.

Dear Precision, I have been in the market for a new garage door for about a year and all prior companies said they could not accommodate the need for a "fixed/stationary" door. Precision was the exception. I meet with Tommy after being called prior to the appt., telling me first what time he would arrive. I was then meet by a very friendly, knowledgeable and credible man; someone who was willing to work with the consumer. I first saw your TV ads and then again in a local Penny Saver.
