Your technician analyzed the various needs of my garage door and informed us of the necessary parts that we should have him install in order to make the door function more smoothly. My garage door was not going down and appeared to turn off. I called the office at 2:30 P.M. Danny called me at 3 and was there by 4. We went over the problem tried to find the least expensive alternatives and with continued investigation, Danny discovered that even though it was a new door was replaced in 09 the motor (1999) was not replaced. He provided me with replacement choices, of which I am very satisfied.
