Emergency overnight phone call answered and tried to get me overnight emergency service but promised a 8am - 12noon appt. service technician who has been to my house before called 20min before he was going to arrive. Service tech was professional and was able to replace garage door springs quickly enabling us to get to work. We would always recommend precision door to who ever is needing garage door service. Excellent professional service and company. Thank you again

Our garage door was locked in the closed position and with no other means of entry I turned to Angie's list for a company to help us. It was amazing I was reassured that I would be assigned a service tech from 2-5pm and within 30 minutes a tech (Tim) from Precision garage doors called me and told he could be at my home in 45 minutes. He got the door opened and then did a check of the 1993 opener and all the parts and made some suggestions ....no pressure. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Hunter was very prompt. I really needed same day service. Quickly found the problems. Didn't oversell. Friendly and polite. I needed new springs, safety wires, and mostly a way to by pass the transmitter/receiver in the motor housing. So Hunter installed new electronics and helped me program my car's remote.
