The 2 men that installed our doors were prompt and polite. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hardware for the front of the doors wasn't on their truck. However they came back a couple of days later to complete that. Once again, they called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and were prompt and courteous.

Dear Precision, I have been in the market for a new garage door for about a year and all prior companies said they could not accommodate the need for a "fixed/stationary" door. Precision was the exception. I meet with Tommy after being called prior to the appt., telling me first what time he would arrive. I was then meet by a very friendly, knowledgeable and credible man; someone who was willing to work with the consumer. I first saw your TV ads and then again in a local Penny Saver. I know I made the right choice and look forward to working with you on this home repair. Thank you again for your courtesy. (*****)

I chose Precision after I was taken advantage of with a so call local garage door repair company. The difference was like night and day. Your repairman Tim was very professional I was given 3 different options for the repair and he explained each one without being pushy. Very professional. Your customer service is excellent . My appointment was confirmed and Tim called from his previous appointment to let me know when he would arrive. I am so glad I saw your ad on News 12. I would highly recommend your company. My door is finally fixed. Thank you.

Brian from Precision Door Service installed a new garage door and an electric motor in our home in Oyster Bay, NY. Brian did an excellent job of installing the door and adding a garage door electric opener to our garage and an entry key pad. Brian was competent and polite. Also ... Brian called before he arrived to our home and gave us an estimated arrival time ... we appreciated that.
