Tom Jenkofsky was the tech. He was on time and very courteous. He was honest about my garage door and that it wasn't worth to repair the door with new springs. I was happy with is honesty. I ordered a new door and he made the process very smooth. I would definitely recommend your company to any one dealing with a garage door problem.

My garage door opener would not close the door, I could not find a company to fix it. I went on the internet and found several companys, there reviews were bad. I saw an add for Precision Door Service there reviews were great so I gave them a call. It was Saturday so gave them a call, they gave me an appointment for Monday morning. At 9:00 am the tech Tom arrived my first impression was I new I got the right company and Tech. He did a full inspection and determined it was in the circuitry that made the door go down. The door opener was made in Germany, he tried to get a part but, there were no places that even carried them. I decided that even if it could be fixed parts were always going to be a problem. I asked Tom about replacing the whole unit, he looked it over and gave me a price. I decided I would go that way, I asked him when he could get a new opener and install it. He could do it immediately, I was shocked!!! 90 mins later it was installed and running. I also asked him to look at the door springs, they were always sagging. He said and showed me they were too weak for the door and replaced them in less than 15mins. I am extremely satisfied with the job he did and the price. I would like to say Tom is a fantastic person his work ethics great he did a great job Fast and clean. His Van was clean and organized, his tools were all there he did not have to look for any parts or tools. You can always tell a good craftsman by the cleanliness of shop and the honesty of his price, and you guys rate A+++ I would recommend you highly to anybody.

My phone call to Precision was answered professionally and an appointment set up for the following afternoon. The technician called to let me know that he had one appointment left before mine and gave me an approximate amount of time that the appointment and travel time would take. He said he would call again when he was leaving that appointment which he did. He was polite and greeted me in a friendly, professional manner when he arrived. He asked me what the issues were, explained what needed to be done and gave me a price for the repair. He attempted one repair to a damaged door and gave it his best shot; unfortunately, it could not be repaired and would need replacing which was what I thought might be the case. He then proceeded to replace the damaged spring on another door. His work was neat and clean and the company's pricing was fair. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to others. The technician was great!

I am so impressed with Precision Garage Door and their technician, Tim. My garage door was bouncing in opening and closing and had several broken and worn parts. Tim in using a computer note pad diagnosed the problems and also visually showed them to me. He further explained the options for repair in a very understandable way. Most of all, Tim was so courteous, mannerly, and highly efficient in repairing the door and its parts. He is a great credit to the company. The Precision Garage Door office was also most courteous. They sent me a most informative e-mail within minutes of scheduling my appointment. They clearly deserve a 5 star rating. I highly recommend them and, in fact, did so to my office and will also recommend them to family and friends.

oRIGINALLY CALLED FOR A NEW RUBBER COVERING FOR OVERSIZED GARAGE DOOR. hUNTER CALLED ME TWICE WHEN HE WAS COMING AND TIME OF HIS ARRIVAL. HE DID A CHECKUP FIRST AND INFORMED ME OF WHAT i NEEDED. HE CHANGED THE CABLES AND ROLLERS. HAD TO BE A CONTORSONIST IN THIS OVERSIZED GARAGE. HE EXPLAINED WHY THEY HAD TO BE CHANGED. I GIVE HIM 5 STARS!
