I live in Suffolk County, NY, and need two new garage doors with new motors, hardware, etc. I called for an estimate. After having been given a reasonable window, Hunter Hanemann called me 30 mins before he arrived. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, and gave me a detailed written estimate for options. His knowledge and patience (I don't know too much about garage door mechanics) made me feel comfortable, and the quoted prices were much less than I had been quoted by other companies. This company obviously takes customer service seriously, and I'm looking forward to having my new garage doors and motors installed soon.

Tom and Taylor were incredibly honest and helpful in guiding me towards choosing a garage door that made the most sense for our house, location and needs. They took the time to walk me through all of the options, and answered all of my questions. I would totally recommend them, and Precision Doors, to anyone looking for new doors/repair/parts.

FIVE STARS to Tom Jenkofsky and Taylor Mannoia for their excellent and friendly service! They were highly-competent, knowledgable, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Not only they did they fix our garage door but, when they left, it was working better than it ever did, even better than when it was first installed! Thanks, Tom and Taylor! Sincerely, Paul and Ellen Richman

Tim came this afternoon to take care of my door. He was very friendly, knew how to solve my problem and suggested to overhaul my garage door to prevent more problems. I trusted his judgement and he performed the repair satisfactorily, quietly and clean and i was very pleased with his personality and knowhow.

I made an appointment and they were extremely accommodating and punctual. The quality of the work was excellent. Even better was the technician Michael P. who they informed me was coming prior to the appointment. Michael had excellent technical skills and gave great customer service. He provided me with options and informed me of all of the costs BEFORE he performed any of the work. He made his recommendations and respected my decisions on the options I selected. I would highly recommend Precision, but also definitely recommend you request Michael P. as your technician.

I chose Precision because they offered 24 hour service. My garage door opener had been stolen and I wanted new openers asap for security purposes. Unfortunately, when I phoned at 8 pm, they could not come that evening but they scheduled me for the following morning. All service was professional and friendly. The technician stayed in touch with me regularly to inform me when he would arrive. I would highly recommend Precision...they got the job done efficiently and promptly. I give them a 5 star rating!

I had an intermittent problem with my garage door closing that was related to cold temperature. The technician "Michael" was able to quickly determine the problem was related to a setting of force on the Sears Opener Motor. He also pointed out my two doors did not have safety cables on the springs. He installed them and lubricated all of my tracks and rollers. I also purchased a spare remote control for my wife's car. Very satisfied with the efficient and knowledgable service provided, would definitely recommend you to friends and family. F.P.

I received the Valpak coupon in the mail and called the number for Suffolk Co. I was expecting to get service during the following week. I was very surprised to find out that a service man would be coming that afternoon and that he would call me when he was coming over. I believe his name was Tim. He did call when he was 20 minutes away and he came on time and fixed the problem with my garage doors. I was very pleased with the service and hope the problem continues to be fixed.
