I chose Precision after receiving a coupon in the mail. My technician Tom was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the day as to when he would be arriving - very courteous. After his assessment he explained options and costs. I ended up purchasing a new garage opener. On the spot he was able to perform the work - neat and clean. All of this done in 20 degree weather. Overall very satisfied with Tom and Precision...I give them 5 stars !

Definite 5 Star Service by Tom the technician. He came the day after the first blizzard when our door cable became unwound due to age. Tom called when on the way and arrived within the promised time frame. He was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and competent. He did a complete replacement of everything but the door panels - springs, cables, rollers, the bottom gasket and the weatherstripping. He also adjusted the locking mechanism. What a difference!
