I saw an advertisement for Precision Garage previously, and I cut out the advertisement. Saturday night I came home, and my garage door was not functioning properly. I called Precision Garage and quite pleasantly got a quick response. The technician came Sunday morning, having called ahead to advise. He surveyed the system, gave me estimates, and promptly went ahead with the work. He finished in the afternoon. He explained how the system worked and the warranty, and he left the garage as clean as before.

Had Danny Salas as teck rep on a service call, did repair and after some questions we decided to get a new door. A great person. Door came in quicker than anticipated. Had Brian Meinsen and Tyree M. install the door. All three reps were thorough, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The installers were neat and cleaned up after the installation. Precision door service provided all the necessary paper work foe my HOA and all went smooth. A great company.

I called Precision Garage Door Service, because my garage door wouldn't close. I was a bit distressed thinking I'd have to wait for service. Sharon allayed my fears. She was very helpful and set up an appointment the very next day. George Albert, the service tech, came and he was so professional. After checking the door parts, he described the problem. The rollers were off the track, but also, the motor was 22years old. It will eventually need replacing. Instead of waiting for the problem to occur, I trusted George's expertise and had a new motor installed. He was very personable and did an excellent job.
