Many months ago I received a Precision Garage Door Service Coupon in the Valpak. I saved it knowing that one day I would need to repair or replace our automatic garage door opener which was over 20 years old. Unfortunately that day came! Fortunately, I had the coupon and called Precision Garage Door Service on December 23, 2024. The very next day their technician, Ryan Swan, showed up as scheduled even though it was Christmas Eve. He was extremely courteous and professional advising us of the service needed. An itemized written estimate of the cost was presented. We agreed and he continued to perform the replacement service. Ryan was very pleasant and personable even though it was extremely cold that day to work in an unheated garage. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional installation. Ryan is a fine representative of Precision Garage Door Service and we highly recommend them for anyone who may need this type of service. (We also appreciated the Senior Citizen Discount!)

John Aaron was extremely helpful, and professional, he explaining the process and made my garage door work again. I have used Precision before and their service is always exceptional. It is great to be informed of the specific technician who will arrive, along with their photo. My recent service involved replacing the rollers, tightening up some bolts, lubrication, and replacing my keypad. Robert Weber was my tech and I might rate him a 10! Professional, knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, reviewed the work with me after it was complete and worked very efficiently. Nice guy. Great experience today and now my door works again!!

The service tech - Kevin- and the trainee with him did a great job but the cost is unreasonably high. For less than $50 in parts for installation work that took less than an hour - to be charged nearly $700 seems unreasonable. And that's after reducing the suggested repair cost of over $2,200 to only the minimum parts needed to get the door up and running again.

Your technician is very professional and he did the work neatly. I notice from your invoice that you offer discount to AAA members, but he didn’t mentioned about it to me before the payment. I am a AAA member so I request to reimburse that discount amount. Also I like to mention here that your charges are little bit higher.

Every aspect of my garage door replacement was handled very professionally. Andrew, the sales rep, very clearly explained all options and the cost of each. The two installation techs, Jeff and Tyreem, were very knowledgeable. They were able to correct a weather stripping issue that arose unexpectedly. Their ability to correct the problem was very appreciated. I am very pleased with my new door. It makes the house look so much better and is so much quieter than the old ones! We are completely satisfied with Precision Door’s business model, customer service and technicians. One of the rollers on our door came off the track on Thursday mid afternoon., so the door would not close. I called Precision at 4:00, and was offered an appointment for Friday between 8 and 12. I was contacted by John who stated he’d arrive around 9:45. He quickly determined the problem and repaired it promptly, under warrantee, no less! By 10:15 John was finished and our door was back to working order. We highly recommend Precision.
