The response time from when I called was teriffic. George Albert was our technician and he was great. My dad is 91 and I was dealing with this while at work. George kept in touch with me and explained what needed to be done. He presented 3 options to choose from and fully explained each one. David, our technician, was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon his arrival he politely introduced himself, quickly assessed what needed to be accomplished and explained the options available to us. His meticulous work was neat, clean and quick. The technician, Lewis Rodriguez did a wonderful job installing the new opener in about an hour. He took the time to set up Q and the other remotes. He took all of the garbage and left the garage very clean. He should be commended for his efforts.

I chose Precision based on the ratings on google. They did not disappoint. After reading the reviews I was hoping to get Dan and fortunately I did. He showed up on time (which in this day in age is surprising and refreshing) he answered all my questions. I thought the price was a bit steep but after having an open and honest conversation with him I felt comfortable with the price (you get what you pay for. He gave me cheaper options and explained I definitely could pay less by going else where but the quality of the product is also inferior to what I would be getting. He did it in a no pressure way, just two guys shooting the ...... which I appreciated.) He installed the motor in a timely manner and answered more of my questions after everything was installed. I appreciated the fact that we have the same philosophy, "Do the job as if it is your own house." Dan was great and I love all the lifetime warranties I get on the motor and LED light. Tech George Albert called when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to speak with. He assessed the damage that occured when a spring broke. He presented several options to do the repair. I selected an option that was reasonable to me and he proceded to do the work . When he was finished he went over everything he did and showed me how to operate the system. George did a great job and all the wiring was very neat.
