I had to replace a brand new Genie bought at Home Depot. The new Genie was not as good as the old one. My old one was so much better. I called Precision Garage Door Long Island, what a great job. My installer was Israel.He did a great job. The door works fine. I brought the other one back to Home Depot. Got my money back.

George was the person that came to look at my garage door opener. He suggested replacing the opener - he was able to remove the old one and replace it with a great product. I was very pleased with his work. I would recommend using Precision if you have any issues with your garage door.

My Precision garage doors were installed by Precision about 2 years ago. They worked flawlessly until a few days ago. An intermittent beeping was audible, then ceased. Neither door was able to be opened using the electronic controls. Andrew came, and solved the problems quickly. For one door, I hadn't re-enabled the manual handle after opening it manually. The other door didn't work because the electrical house socket was intermittent, and ran down the battery. I'll need an electrician to install a different socket. Andrew was very helpful, professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Precision in the future if service is needed.

Israel came to fix my garage door the cable has come off. He called and kept me informed s to when he was coming. He was very courteous, personable and well mannered. He fixed the cable and told me what I would need in the future for maintenance. I felt he was very honest and I trusted him. He didn’t push anything which is what i liked and felt comfortable with. I did have him replace the rollers while he was here being the garage doors are 15 years old. I would definitely use Precision again and would want Israel to do the service.

This is a very professionally run business. I can tell the minute I talk to the technician, the way he presents himself, his uniform, his vehicle, and neatness of his work. I was satisfied on all these points. Tech's name is Xavi Ramirez. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of my garage door, and what I wanted done. I knew the springs should be tired at 17yo, and some of the hardware needed changing, and lots of lubrication and adjustments were preformed by Xavi, and I was very pleased at the outcome and quietness and efficiency that my door was now operating like it was new. Kudos to Precision Door for having techs like Xavi.

Precision was able to come within two business days and had lots of time slot options. I was updated about the arrival time for techs that day . The techs were professional and explained the problem and both the short term solution (fix) and what was needed long term to prevent the problem . They provided costs . The techs were courteous, knowledgeable and professional . I plan to call them in a few weeks to redo rollers on both doors .

He checked the motor and fully explained the problem and what my options were. every detail was fully explained and he made sure I was fully satisfied with his work and the motor before leaving. I called Precision on Sunday 7/30/23 at 12 noon to give an estimate and fix my garage. I had a a technician at my home by 3 o'clock that day. Danny S. Was knowledgeable and explained the different options. He was curious and fixed our garage repairs the same day. Which included new cables,rollers, opener and key pad installation. I would highly recommend Precision .
