John was very helpful and articulate when describing the issues with my garage door opener, and highlighted other potential problems with the door and aging parts. He did not push for the big sale - only made sure I was making the most informed decision. thank you for the new garage door opener. We had two new garage doors installed back in 2021 when we bought our new house, and finally one of the openers failed. It was from 2000, so 25 years it didn't owe us anything. Israel installed and explained all options and within two hours job finished, great and clean. Opener is quiet compared to the old Craftsman. See you guys when the other opener fails.

I received exceptional service from start to finish in purchasing our new garage door. Our sales representative Andrew was so informative and made the whole purchase process easy. I haven’t experienced a better company at communicating throughout the whole process. Our installers Greg and Jeff were very courteous, knowledgeable and did a clean and perfect install. When done they took the time to explain the work done and how to use the key release to disengage our door opener if needed. I first used Precision to fix my old door years ago and returned to them to purchase a new door because of the excellent experience with their repair services. Their pricing was definitely reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a garage door repair or is looking to purchase a new door.

It was a pleasure doing business with precision. The service was very fast efficient and the follow up was outstanding. The technician Isreal was very experienced and knowledgeable. He talked me through my current needs as well as possible future expectations without the pressure of a salesman. He addressed the issues for which he was sent and even asked if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed while he was there. The attention was exceptional. Pricing was higher than some competitors but management worked with me to keep me in my budget and the quality is worth the price.
