My experience with Precision Garage Door Company was nothing short of 5 Star! The salesperson Andrew, was very helpful and patient. He spent a good amount of time showing me different options and pictures of different style doors. Pricing was competitive and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. On the day of installation, the technicians, Greg and Jeff called to say they were on their way, and arrived promptly. They were both polite and knowledgeable. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and my garage door looks great. I highly recommend Precision!

John was very helpful and articulate when describing the issues with my garage door opener, and highlighted other potential problems with the door and aging parts. He did not push for the big sale - only made sure I was making the most informed decision. He replaced the opener and worked for hours alone to fix/replace other parts ensuring the door works like new! I would highly recommend John.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and courteous as well as informative, friendly and tidy. Everything I look for in a technician that works in my home. George discussed all the options honestly with me allowing me to make a proper decision. He replaced the control panel that operates our garage door opener motor, pulleys and springs efficiently. And on a Sunday so no taking off from work. I’m highly satisfied.

thank you for the new garage door opener. We had two new garage doors installed back in 2021 when we bought our new house, and finally one of the openers failed. It was from 2000, so 25 years it didn't owe us anything. Israel installed and explained all options and within two hours job finished, great and clean. Opener is quiet compared to the old Craftsman. See you guys when the other opener fails.

The service provided by technician, Danny Salas, for Precision Garage Door was excellent. Our garage door opener no longer opened the door. After checking our remote, Danny programmed a new remote for us. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone.

I applaud precision garage door service. A last minute call to a wonderful receptionist named Denise. To be guided to an immediate appointment in the next hour and half. Emails and texts and phone calls to say when your technician will be there. Nick Urena arrived and gave 3 options to fix the problem. Giving his opinion and figuring out the best option. He fixed the issue and had a great experience. Thank you! And I recommend to the fullest!
