The process of buying the garage door of our choice was very smooth. Vince gave us many doors to choose from. He even showed us what the door would look like on our actual garage. The installation was also very smooth. Shane and his assistant installed the door in a very professional manner. They took away the old door and cleaned up beautifully. Couldn't be happier! Today, May 25th, Mike C showed up alone to remove the old door, and install the new one along with all brand new hardware. He was in an out within 2 hours 10 minutes! OK 5 mins of that at the end was us talking about music, and cleaning up. He was nice, professional, a good kid, and has a great taste in music. Precision Door should be thrilled to have someone like him!

The company installed my garage door opener several years ago. Today when i closed the door the spring came down and the door would not open. I called the company about 100 on a Sunday afternoon. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful and was able to arrange for a technician to come in the afternoon, and he was there in fact within about 40 minutes of the time i made the call. The technician, Lewis Rodriguez, was very professional and also friendly and efficient. The door was fixed within 30 minutes.

Israel did a phenomenal job. Was here for over 3 hours and by the time he left, everything worked as it did the day I built the house over 20 years ago. He was extremely pleasant and amazingly professional and knowledgeable. Israel had a real " can do" attitude, which is rare and unusual from my experiences with many, many vendors that I have used over the many years that I have been a house owner.
