Liz made arrangements for my garage door opener to be serviced within 48 hours. Robert called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He was courteous, helpful, and professional in his attitude. He took the time to explain the issues and showed photos of the damaged items. He had all of the items needed to fix the problem. After completing the repairs, he took the time to explain the ways in which the remote worked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needed to purchase an overhead garage door or to have one repaired. Thank you for your excellent service.

Isaac Rodriquez did a fine job and everything is working. He did attempt to sell me a lift master motor for 1796 dollars. I declined and he did the job quickly and flawlessly with a minimum (2) part replacements. He had to get into my garage and that took him hardly any time at all. The price of 695 for what he did is outlandish and I will be disputing it with my credit card company. Isaac is a nice person but the prices you charge a customer is nothing less than highway robbery

When I contacted Precision I was in urgent need of a new garage door. I looked around elsewhere and was told that install appts could take up to 6 months. Precision was accommodating to my need from beginning to end. From my initial consultation to the day of install (about a 4 week turnaround), the service provided was informative, prompt and courteous. Thank you Marlon, Mike & Brian for your efforts to ensure that I had a great experience. Job well done!

I'm totally impressed--your website is awesome-but more importantly you service, communication, efficiency, and most importantly your professionalism all rise to the top. Your service tech Thomas Brill, was on time, communicated everything concise and to the point, was efficient and top tier professional. He explained all options and did exactly what he said he would in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier and will without reservation recommend your company--hands down--thank you ! Frank G W. We've been a long-time repeat customer for both equipment and services because of the excellent and timely service. Precision is very responsive and easy to work with 24x7. We booked an appointment online this week for garage door service and Isaac was on-time, courteous, professional, had all the parts and solved our problem quickly on one visit. A shout out to Marlon who also provided excellent service in the past and is one of the reasons we are a repeat customer.

Not only they met my expectations but, they were exceeded. From placing my request to the follow up of the time the technician was coming. Once Isaac, the technician came to my house, I was really and totally surprise with his professional and pleasant personality. His knowledge and understanding of what was required was great but even better the way he explained what was needed and why. Amazing!!!!

First I have to thank Israel Hixon for his patience, ability, and manners dealing with my faulty garage door opener. I highly recommend him in particular as he represents the best of Precision Door. I would choose this company again based on Israel alone. I also like this company because of their 24/7 call center and next day service.

Your guys were fantastic, they all behaved very professionally and put me at ease, they explained the steps that they were going to take and what I should expect. The end product exceeded my expectation. The doors are beautiful and you managed to deliver them a little over four weeks when your competitors were quoting me twelve weeks. Thank you for a great job.
