Our repair technician,Danny Salas, was the best repairman that I have ever had to my home! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable,and helpful. He explained exactly why our garage door had malfunctioned, and repaired it expertly that day. I can't say enough how much confidence I had in him to repair our issue. After the repair was complete, my garage door functioned like it never did before. It was quiet. He also showed us how light the garage door was to open if the power went out. Before this repair, it was very heavy;it was very heavy since we bought this house many years ago. I thought that was just how garage doors were supposed to be, but now that the door is balanced, the door is light and doesn't slam down if the power goes out and the door is left open. Before, the door would slam down hard. I highly recommend this company for its honest, capable, and courteous service.

He examined my problem, detailed the steps that were needed to fix it, and gave me a clear estimate of the cost. We recently had new garage doors & opener installed ( on one of the colder days this winter) Our installers, Michael Chaparro & Shane Fazal were fantastic. They arrived on time after sending a text, worked diligently( especially in the cold) & fully explained and answered all our questions. They conducted themselves very professionally. We would also like to make a "Shout Out" to Israel Hixson who got this ball started. We knew we needed new doors which he help us navigate but he also patiently helped repair our very old ones until the new ones arrived. On Sunday I called Precision and a human answered. She dispatched a repairman who got the door opened. A few days later, two repairmen fixed the broken spring and we are back to modern living. Marlon Cantave was the technician who serviced my garage door. I was very satisfied with the results. Prior to being serviced, the garage door was very noisy and didn’t open and close smoothly. Also, when power was out and I manually closed the door, the door wouldn’t stay down but would roll up several inches. Marlon put in stronger springs and other maintenance and now the door opens and closes smoothly and is much quieter. When I close the door with power off, the door remains down and doesn’t roll up. I am very pleased.
