Old garage doors really needed replacement, along with the springs and tracks. Installation went smoothly. Everything works so much better (and quieter with the nylon rollers!) The top lights really let in a lot of light making it unnecessary for the garage lights during the day. Wife is very pleased! Installers were very professional and courteous.

Robert Weber was the technician/mechanic who repaired our garage door problem. Was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Everything about Precision was great, especially the technician Marlon. Marlon was very professional and the company was quick with a response and true to their word. I booked an appointment on a Sunday evening for the next day between 10:00am - 2:00pm and Marlon called at 9:30am and was at my door 20 min later, which was great! I didn't have to sit around and waste the morning. Marlon was very courteous and knowledgeable and well-organized. He replaced the pulleys, springs, cables and wheels. He completed the job in a timely manner without rushing. It seems to me he really enjoys what he does for a living and had only good things to say about his company. I would highly recommend Precision, and definitely ask for Marlon.

So far I am extremely pleased with Precision. I had them come out for an estimate on either a repair on my very old garage door or a replacement. Communication about the appointment was excellent. Marlon even came early after calling to see if that was ok. He was very polite/friendly/professional. You could tell he knew his stuff! After I asked him to give me estimates for several different options he helped me weigh the pros and cons, but was in no way pushy to sell at all; which I appreciated. In the end I purchased a new door for install, so I will post another review then to follow up - but so far; great!

I lost a remote and PG scheduled an appointment quickly with me. Everything was reprogrammed, I received a new remote and Robert Weber (my technician) was on-time, quick and to the point and he even programmed my car as well to open the doors. A great experience I had with Precision Garage who replaced my old garage doors and added 2 openers....and now the service call was equally as great. I don't write reviews often at all, but this company (and Robert Weber from the Riverhead office) deserve a great review.
