Israel exceeded our expectations. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. Even though he was late due to unforeseen circumstances he kept us informed as to his approximate arrival time. And believe me, I understand lateness. You start a project and think it will take a half hour and two hours later you still are not done. Well, anyway everything went along without any problems and he seemed to have worked in record time. He installed a new door opener and his clean up was perfect. I cannot say enough nice things about him. I would HIGHLY recommend your service. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Precision. I did not have a recommendation, so I searched the internet and discovered this company and called them. Without any difficulty, I was able to reach a representative. I was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time and within a reasonable timeframe. I was given a 4 hour window when the service person would arrive. The technician, Jesse Cole, called when he was 1/2 hour away to let me know he was in the area. (It was also at the earlier part of the window, which was a plus.) His evaluation of the issue was thorough and very credible. He gave me four different estimates, each with different options, from which to choose. He clearly explained each one to me. I gave the approval to proceed with the work. Jesse told me it would take about 2 hours, which is exactly what it took. The work was completed to my extreme satisfaction, and the job site was cleaned up thoroughly. I am very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend them.

Danny Salas, service technician for Precision Door, has been at our home several times in the past 3 years, when we moved in and purchased a new garage door and opener from Precision.
